1、WBC 世界咖啡师大赛2015-01-29 王湘古藏商贸世界咖啡师大赛（World Barista Ch承办的卓越的国际咖啡大赛。大赛ionship, WBC），每年由世界咖啡WCE）是推出高品质的咖啡，促进咖啡师职业化。世界咖啡（WCE），由欧洲专业咖啡兰都柏林。和特种咖啡成立于Barista 原为意大利语，是对咖啡吧台师父的专业称呼。随着精品咖啡的推广和国际型大赛（如WBC）的 举办，这份工作的专业度也随之。一年一度的世界咖啡师大赛大赛吸引了世界各地的观众把全球当地和地区的大赛推向了。超过 50 多个国家的冠军代表，将在美妙的 15 分钟音乐声中以严格的标准，做出 4 杯意式浓缩咖啡，4

2、杯卡布奇诺和 4 杯特色饮品。来自世界各地的 WCE 评委将对每个作品的口感，洁净度，创造力，技能和整体表现做出评判（打分）。广受欢迎的特色饮品，通过咖啡师施展他们的想象力和丰富的咖啡知识，把他们独特口味和经验呈现在评委面前。从第一轮比赛中胜出的 12 名选手将晋级半决赛，半决赛胜出的 6 名选手将晋级决赛，决赛胜出者将成为（年度）世界咖啡师大赛冠军!世界咖啡师大赛中国区选拔赛于世界咖啡师竞赛(WBC)，是目前中国唯一一项具有专业水准、系统和国际认证的咖啡制作比赛，享有咖啡的美誉。其旨在发现和引导咖啡潮流、咖啡文化，为全球的职业咖啡师提供一个表演、赛事由和交流的。博华国际展览于 2003 年引
