2、rsonnelinvolvein the unloaing of NAOH from tank truck into bulk storage tank RMT04。此程序用于仓库人员把氢氧化钠从槽罐车卸载到储存罐。VOLUME OF STORAGE储存容量Volume of bulk storage tank is 12000 litres. Volume of NAOH storage shall not excee 10000 litres.储存容量 12000 升，实际氢氧化钠的储存量不要超过10 ，000 升OCUMENTATION文件A checklist etailing eac

3、h operation in sequence shall be use to assist the person in charge of unloaing. He must initial on the checklist after each operation an forwar the complete form to Warehouse Executive. If is , stop unloaing till prouctionfin

11、ish charging.通知生产部主管生产部是否在加NaOH ，如果生产部正在加NaOH ，应停滞卸料直到生产部加完Once sample is approve by QC,Couple the tank truck ischarge flexible hose to inlet line of bulk tank一旦样本被QC 认可， 用快接头软管连接贮罐和槽车,take the key from the Warehouse Executive.从仓库主管处拿来阀门钥匙11）Open the lock .打开阀门锁。12）Close han valve to plant an HV1102

12、关闭到车间的手动阀及底阀HV110213）Open han valve from bulk tank to pump an ZS1101打开从槽车到泵的手动阀和ZS1101Open the ischarge valve of the bulk tank slowly an check for leaks14）缓慢打开槽车放料阀，检查泄露15)On the control panel, switch the MOE switch to“ MAN”在控制面板上将开关模块转换到“手动”16)“ START” pump RMT04P1打开泵 RMT04P117)Observe the ischarge

Stop pump or close valve if there is any leak观察卸料，检查泄露。如果有任何泄露立即停泵或关闭阀门When the ischarge is complete, keep the pump running for 30 secons to remove the air insie pump/line卸料完成后保持泵运转30 秒，让管道中氢氧化钠尽可能打入贮罐中Close the ischarge valve, valve from soft pipe to pump an ZS1101关闭槽车放料阀，软管到泵的手动

14、阀和ZS1101“ STOP” pump RMT04P1关闭泵 RMT04P1Uncouple the flexible hoses over a rum an rain whatever NAOH there is into it. ANGER!
