1、洁净管道酸洗钝化规程Sanitary piping cleaning and passivation procedure洁净管道酸洗、钝化规程Purpose 目的This procedure is to define the chemical cleaning and passivation method and procedure of sanitary stainless steel (304/316L) equipment and piping system.明确洁净不锈钢(304/316L材质)管道或设备系统的酸洗钝化方法和步骤。Scope 范围The site 304/16L sta

2、inless steel equipment, pipeline pickling passivation and mobile or assembly equipment pickling passivation现场304/316L不锈钢设备、管道酸洗钝化与移动或组装设备的酸洗钝化。Responsibilities 职责The site operators should carry out the pickling and passivation of 304/316L stainless steel piping or equipment per this procedure.现场操作人员

3、应按照本规程进行304/316L不锈钢管道或设备的酸洗、钝化。The site project manger is responsible for submitting this procedure to the owner for approval and putting it into effect.现场施工经理负责将本规程提交业主审核批准后实施。The site safety personnel should check if all the necessary safety and protection measures are ready before pickling and pa

4、ssivation, and keep supervising during the process.现场安全人员应在系统酸洗、钝化进行前,检查所有必要的防护和安全措施已具备,并在实施过 程中保持监督。Materials and equipments使用的材料和设备Stainless steel piping or equipment pickling, passivation need the following materials: 不锈钢管道或设备的酸洗、钝化需要用到以下材料:Piping flushing liquid:管道冲洗液:Chemical reagent for passiv

5、ation:钝化用化学试剂:Procedure操作步骤:Isolation - Isolate the system to be passivated from the equipments and instruments that can t be passivated (such as flow meter) . List these equipments and instruments, and give it to the owner for signature and confirmation. All of the water use points, outlet, drains,

6、 and dead leg should have hand valves in proper positions. Remove any component from the system that is not compatible with passivation solutions. Isolating valves should be installed at the ends of inlet and return water hoses, and at any other places anticipated to have breaking points inthe syste

7、m.隔离一一将需要进行酸洗钝化的系统与不能进行酸洗钝化的设备、仪表等隔离开(如流量计 等),并列出明细,请业主签字确认。所有的用水点、出水点、排污点和单流管在适当的位置 要有手动阀。移除任何不适合酸洗钝化的部件。进水回水软管上以及系统中任何可能有断点处 需安装隔离阀。Installation - Connect the entire system into a circulation loop by circulating pump,water supply pump, and hoses.安装一一使用循环泵、供水泵、软管等连接件,将整个系统连接成一个循环回路。Feed water - Sta

8、rt the water supply pump, and feed deionized water to the supply tank until there is sufficient back flow in the system. Continue to fill the supply tank with adequate deionized water after the entire system is full.系统蓄水一一供水罐内去离子水,开动供水泵。向供水罐内添加去离子水直到系统有充分的回 流。等整个系统都充满水以后继续向供水罐内添加足够的去离子水。Leak test -

9、Inspect visually if there is leakage at the connections of the system and repair the leak point. DO NOT add any chemical to the system until all leak points have been repaired. DO NOT passivate a new system without pressure test.泄漏检查一一目测系统的所有连接处是否有泄漏并修复泄漏点。在没有修复好所有泄漏点之前不 允许添加任何化学制剂。没有经过压力测试的系统不得进行酸洗

10、钝化。Alkali cleaning - At room temperature by adding 96% sodium hydroxide purity,volumeAccording to the proportion of 4% and purified water or.Circulation 75 minutes. Check if there is any alkali solution leakage at the valves and pipes.碱洗一一在常温下按容积添加纯度为96%的氢氧化钠,按4%的比例与纯化水配制。循环冲洗75 分钟。检查所有的阀门与管道是否有碱液渗漏

11、。Drain - Drain the alkali solution into waste tank.系统排空一一将碱液排放到合适的废液罐内。Flushing - Flush the pipe with Deionized water until the outlet water pH is equal to the inlet pH. Open all valves and test the pH at each use point, valve, and dead leg.冲洗一一使用去离子水冲洗管路直到出水pH值与进水值相等。打开所有的阀,检查所有用点、 阀门、单流管的pH值。Feed

12、water - Start the water supply pump, and feed deionized water to the supplytank until there is sufficient back flow in the system. Continue to fill the supply tank with adequate deionized water after the entire system is full.系统蓄水一一供水罐内去离子水,开动供水泵。向供水罐内添加去离子水直到系统有充分的回 流。等整个系统都充满水以后继续向供水罐内添加足够的去离子水。Pi

13、ckling At room temperature by add the purity of 66% nitric acid volume,according to the proportion of 25% and purified water or distilled water. Circulation for 30 minutes. (For the sub-pipe that can t be passivated, open the valve to make the sub-pipe full of passivation solution when the main pipe

14、 isunder passivation,then close the valve and soak for 120 minutes. ) Check all the valves and pipes to ensure no acid solution leaked out.酸洗一一在常温下按容积添加纯度为66%的硝酸,按25%的比例与纯化水(或蒸馏水)配制。 循环冲洗30分钟。(对于不能进行循环钝化的支管,则在主管路进行循环钝化时,开启阀门 将支管充满钝化液,关闭阀门,浸泡120分钟)。检查所有的阀门与管道是否有酸液渗漏。Drain - Drain the acid solution in

15、to waste collection tank. 系统排空一一将酸液排放到合适的废液罐内。Flushing - Flush the pipe with deionized water until the outlet water pH is equal to the inlet pH. Open all valves and test the pH at each use point, valve, and dead leg.冲洗一一使用去离子水冲洗管路直到出水pH值与进水值相等。打开所有的阀,检查所有用点、阀门、单流管的pH值。Completion - Remove the all the

16、 pumps, supply tank, and hoses. Restore the system to operating condition.结束一一移除所有的泵、供水罐、软管。将系统复原至工作条件下。Waste liquor drain - Drain all the waste liquor to the sewage treatment station. 废液排放一一将所有废液排放到污水处理池。Verification - Add a sample pipe in the loop for inspection. After passivation, to check if the

17、re is free iron and the compaction of passive film, take down the sample, drop test solution on the clean passive film, observe if there is blue point appeared on the surface in 30s, no pass if the blue point appeared.检验一一在环路中添加一段管道用于检验。钝化表面处理后,为了检验复层表面是否有游离铁 及钝化膜的致密情况,取下试样管道,将试液涂于清洗干净的钝化表面,60秒内观察表面

18、显现 蓝点的情况,有蓝点为不合格。Formulation of test solution: potassium ferricyanide 2g + purified water 12ml + concentrated nitric acid 6ml, dilute to 200ml with water.试液配方:铁氰化钾2克+纯化水12毫升+浓硝酸6毫升,用水稀释至200毫升。Safety caution安全注意事项Warning and personnel control:安全警示与人员控制:A warning sign must be put up for the area of pa

19、ssivation. Any person who is foreign to passivation must keep out.进行酸洗钝化的管道区域应该树立明显的警告标志,所有与酸洗钝化无关的人员不得任意出 入。Personnel Safety 人员防护:Alkali and acid compounding personnel, inspector and relative person should wear antacid glove, antacid mask and antacid clothes.配制酸碱液人员、检查人员等相关人员均应戴好防酸手套、防酸面罩及防酸工作服等。Pr

20、otect human safety firstly when accident happens. 发生事故时,第一要确保人员的安全。If alkali spatters on skin, wipe it off immediately by dry cloth, paint acetic acid on the spattered area for a while, then clean it by clean water.若碱液溅到皮肤上应立即用干布擦净,然后用醋酸涂于溅落处片刻,最后用清水冲洗干 净。If acid spatters on skin, wipe it off by dry

21、 cloth immediately, paint saleratus on the spattered area for a while, then clean it by clean water.若酸液溅到皮肤上应立即用干布擦净,然后用小苏打溶液涂于溅落处片刻,最后用清水冲 洗干净。Touching the alkali and acid directly with hands or other exposed skin is strictly forbidden. Wear the antacid gloves and antacid veil when wipe the acid an

22、d alkali solution with duster cloth.严禁直接用手或其它裸露皮肤直接接触酸液、碱液,用抹布擦拭酸碱液时必须带好防酸手 套和防酸面罩。Slowly pour the alkali and acid and let it flow to the water along the inner wall when compound the alkali or acid solution. Directly pour the acid or alkali into water is forbidden for preventing spatter any solution

Especially forbidden pour alkali (or acid) directly into acid (or alkali).配制酸碱溶液时,应缓慢地将碱、酸沿容器壁流进水中,严禁直接将酸碱溶液倒入水中, 以防溅起酸碱液。特别严禁将碱(或酸)直接倒入酸(或碱)中。Other safety measures 其它防护:If possible, the equipment, pipes, instruments, ground, wall, interlayer and obstruct that may be spattered with acid or alkali

24、solution should be protected in advance by plastic film packaging. The gauges attached to equipments and pipes can be removed in advance as well.对可能溅落到酸碱液的设备、管道、仪表、地面、墙面、吊顶、隔断应尽可能事先用塑料 纸包扎保护,对设备、管道上的仪表也可事先拆除。Protect all the equipments, pipes, architectures, and decoration elements (such as ground, w

25、all and interlayer to the full when any leakage happens. Ifit s impossible to protect them all, make a choice and protect the important ones according to comprehensive considerations concerning the importance, value, repair costs, etc. of equipments, pipes, architectures and decoration elements.发生酸液流出时应尽可能保护所有设备、管道、建筑物及装饰制品(如地面、墙面和吊顶 等),如不能全部保护时,应根据设备、管道、建筑物及装饰制品的重要性、价值、修复成 本等综合考虑,有所取舍,保护重点。If any acid solution fl
