Wine-making industry,“三环西路路面破损修复工程”施工方案一、编制依据1、“三环西路路面破损修复工程”施工设计图纸；2、公路沥青路面施工技术规范（JTG F40-2004）；3、佛山市公路工程沥青路面施工技术指南（2005.07）；4、公路路基施工技术规范（JTG F10-2006）；5、混凝土结构后锚固技术规程（JGJ1

22、45-2004，J407-2005）；6、工程建设标准强制性条文（城市建设部分）；7、其它相关技术标准、规范、条文及安全文明施工要求等；8、本企业积累的相关施工经验、资源条件。二、工程概况工程名称：三环西路路面破损修复工程；工程建设地点：佛山市南海区狮山镇；工程内容：三环西路混凝土路面破损修复（拆除破损路面及其基层、修复水泥混凝土路面及其基层、加铺改性沥青混凝土及沥青混合料灌缝等），道路修复长度为3150m；合同造价：约31万元；合同工期：30天；本工程由佛山市南海区狮山镇市政中心管理站投资建设、广东中誉研究院有限公司设计、广东建设监理有限公司监理、广东强雄建设集团有限公司组织施工。三、施工流

23、程及施工工艺根据三环西路路面破损修复工程施工图设计，我单位对现状路面进行了实地勘查和测量，对工程数据进行了复核，并就现场实际检查的混凝土板块破损情况制订了相应的修复措施。3.1 水泥混凝土板块翻挖换块处理1.对于水泥混凝土板块损坏严重的部分板块,采用将板块进行翻挖的处理。并用抗折4.5MPa混凝土更换被翻挖的坏板块。2.旧板凿除应注意对相邻板块的影响尽可能保留原有拉杆，宜用液压镐凿除破碎混凝土，应及时清运混凝土碎块。3.基层损坏部分应予清除，并将基层、压实；个别板块基层宜用C15混凝土将路面基层补强，其补混凝土顶面高程应与旧路面基层地面标高相同；宜在混凝土路面板接缝处的基层上涂刷一道宽20cm

24、沥青带。4.用C35混凝土更换被翻挖的坏板块；采用厂拌料，运送至现场，用插入式振捣器振捣，振动梁刮平提浆人工抹平，按原有路面纹理对混凝土表面进行处理；如原板块中有钢筋网，新换的板块也需相同设置，与相临板块的拉杆也要恢复；采用养护剂进行养护；相临板块的接缝用切缝机切至1/4板块深度；清除缝内杂质，灌接缝材料。3.2 原水泥混凝土板块的修复处理1.缝的处理（1）宽度小于3mm的轻微裂缝，采取扩建注浆；先裂缝拓宽1.52.0cm的沟槽，最大深度补得超过2/3板厚；清除混凝土碎屑，在填入清洁石屑，然后选用灌缝材料后进行灌缝，等固化后达到强度再开放交通。（2）对大于3mm小于15mm的中等裂缝，采取条带

25、罩面进行补缝。在裂缝两侧切缝时，应平行于缩缝，且距裂缝距离补小于15cm，凿除混凝土打耙钉孔安装耙钉，把缝内壁凿毛清除混凝土碎块及表面尘土、裸石。最后浇砼。（3）对宽度大于15mm的严重裂缝，采用全深度补块（集料嵌锁法）。平行切割，去除碎砼块，加固路面基层。然后浇注水泥砼，等强度达到后再开放交通。2.边、板角的处理（1）角断裂应按照破裂面的大小确定切割范围，纵向最小切割宽度为0.5m最大为1.0m；横向最小为0.5m，最大到行车道中央。小心切割破损板块，防止切割时对相临板块造成额外损坏。切缝后，凿除损坏部分时应凿成规则垂直面。对原有钢筋不应切断，如果钢筋难以全部保留，至少也要保留2030cm的

26、钢筋头，且应长短交错。基层出现松散情况则应挖除松散基层后用C15砼做基层。（2）板块修补对水泥砼面板边清度剥落进行修补时，将剥落的表面清理干净，用沥青混合料或接缝材修补。（3）板角修补板角断裂按照破裂面的大小确定切割范围，切缝垂直，与原有路面板的接缝面，涂刷沥青，如为胀缝，设置接缝板。然后浇注水泥砼，待强度达到后开放交通。（4）填缝料损坏维修清除旧填料和杂务再修补填缝。（5）纵向接缝张开维修当相临车道面板横向位移，纵向接缝张开宽度10mm以下时，采取聚氯乙烯胶泥、焦油类填缝料和橡胶沥青等加热施工式填缝料。当相临车道面板横向位移，纵向接缝张开宽度1015mm之间时采用聚氯酯类常温施工式填料进行维

27、修。当纵向接缝张口再15mm以上时，采用沥青砂填缝。（6）纵向接缝破碎维修在破碎部外缘，切割成规划图形，周围切割面垂直于面板，底版宜为平面。清除混凝土碎块再进行填充维修。3.水泥混凝土板块错台的处理当注浆和裂缝处理完毕后，须对混凝土板块的错台进行处理。当错台0.10mm时，采用机械磨平或人工凿平的方法进行处理。当错台0.10mm时，采用先进行凿平处理，再加铺调平层，或局部翻挖新建的方法处理（要看现场实际情况而定）。4.原水泥混凝土板块坑洞的处理对个别坑洞修补，清除洞内杂务，用水泥砂浆等材料填充，达到平整密实。对较多坑洞且连成一片的采取薄层修补方法进行修补。将坑洞切割深度为6cm以上的槽内，振捣

28、密实并保持与原混凝土面板齐平。5.原水泥混凝土板块接缝的处理混凝土路面的接缝包括纵向施工缝、纵向缩缝、横向施工缝、横向胀缝等。接缝处最容易引起破坏，该工程地段有多数接缝填缝料损坏或未灌注。首先先清缝用皮老虎或吸尘器吸吹干净缝内尘土，采用填缝料填充。用聚氨酯密封胶作为填缝材料，进行灌缝。四、施工注意事项1.施工前应现场检查混凝土板块的破损情况，并制定相应的修复措施。2.板块修复时应先挖除旧混凝土并清理干净后再重新浇筑。3.路面施工前做好材料选型，混合料级配选择等工作。4.浇筑砼料面层施工必须满足相关施工工艺要求，保证摊铺质量。5.摊铺面层前，对旧路面病害进行彻底处理，并清洗干净。6.拆除旧路面板

29、块时，为避免伤害需保留的板块，应采用二次切割工艺，分两次切割混凝土板块深10cm，减少震动损伤。7.施工前全面了解现有的地下管线布置情况，并应采取正确的施工方法，确保 不受影响。8.所有埋入地下的管线，在该工程完工以后，必须用砂回填压实后才能进行路面工程的施工。路面下所有横穿管线当覆土小于80cm时，应在保证自身强度的同时，不得影响道路的结构层的稳定和强度，同时必须对面层混凝土板进行局部补强。9.本工程所有的原材料和半成品必须满足设计和相关施工技术规范要求，检验合格才能使用，确保工程材料质量。10.施工中如遇到特殊地段或情况复杂时，应通知设计人员联系解决。五、确保安全施工的技术组织措施安全技术

30、措施作为安全生产施工的基本保障，必须全面实行。在本工程中安全技术措施将贯穿施工全过程。1.其它安全措施（1）施工机具安全防护现场所有机械设备必须按照施工平面布置图进行布置和停放，机械设备的设置和使用必须严格遵守施工现场机械设备安全管理规定，现场机械有明显的安全标志和安全技术操作指示牌。（2）施工现场的消防通道必须畅通，配备足够消防器材，满足消防要求。现场料场、库房的布局应合理规范，易燃易爆物品、有毒物品均设专库存放，设专人保管，严格执行领用、回收制度。（3）施工现场用电线路的设置和架设必须按当地有关规定与用电布置图进行。电缆线均应架空，穿越道路除防护套管外，埋置深度应超过0.2m。全部采用三相

31、五线制。现场配电箱设有可靠有效的漏电保护器。动力、照明用电分开，与配电房内的漏电保护器形成二级保护，使施工用电更安全。（4）在施工期间，保证半幅通车，做好标志工作维护交通正常，设专门的交通答制员。六、交通疏导方案1.成立保通协调办公室，配备专用保通车辆及通讯设施，保通人员负责维护施工路段的日常交通秩序并应付堵车、汛期或其它突发事件。2.配备清障车，以便及时排除影响正常交通的损坏车辆和其它障碍物。3.协助保通人员指挥交通，疏导车流，以保证过往车辆不发生堵车现象。4.设置专职安全员，负责根据高速公路安全施工规程要求摆放路障牌、隔离墩，并负责看守、巡视、示意过往车辆减速，提醒施工人员注意安全，指挥施

32、工车辆出入施工区等。5.制定严格的保通制度，奖罚分明，使保通人员具备高度责任感，全体人员一律带牌上岗，文明执勤，力求做到在最短时间内缓解堵车，保证车辆通行，保证施工的进行，给施工者创造良好施工环境，为优质工程修建奠定基础。6.在交通便道两边设置隔离栅，并即时对隔离栅进行维护保养，保障道路畅通。七、环境保护措施1.认真学习地方政府有关环境保护，水利设施保护，防止水土流失，施工现场管理等规定和文件，制定相应的措施和办法，并贯穿于施工全过程。2.将环境保护纳入施工管理，安排专人负责，保持工地整洁。3.对于临近设施予以保护，尽量少占路面，对于临时用地，合理规划，切实做到不乱取，不乱弃废物，施工中认真做好防护工程，防止水土流失、损毁树木、各种市政管线及其它市政设施。4.随着工程进度的推进，及时清理施工现场，施工废料不随意放置，尽量维持现有渠道，道路畅通，保护生态平衡。5.采取有效措
