1、目录概述11234物料物料原理2任务3系统物料4异丁烯氧化工段4异丁烯氧化反应器5MAL 分离工段6急冷塔7MAL 精馏塔8氧化酯化工段9氧化酯化反应器10甲醇回收塔11MMA 纯化工段13油水分离器14MMA 提馏塔15水回收塔16总结1851 概述本项目以来自园区异丁烷脱氢项目生产的异丁烯为原料,通过异丁烯氧化、MAL 分离、氧化酯化、MMA 分离工段得到 99.9wt%的优等甲基丙烯酸甲酯 MMA产品。设计过程中利用 Aspen Plus 对全流程进行模拟,并在此基础上完成物料衡算、能量,Aspen plus 模拟流程如图 1-1 所示。图 1-1MMA 生产全流程模拟图本流程发生化学反
2、应的工段主要是异丁烯氧化工段、氧化酯化工段。本厂所需主要设备有精馏塔、反应器、分离器、换热器、压缩机、泵、储罐等,涉及到的物料主要有异丁烯、O2、甲基丙烯醛、甲醇、甲基丙烯酸甲酯等,输入整个生产系统的能量主要有电能、加热介质带入的能量和进入物料的焓,输出的能量有冷却剂带走的能量和输出物料的焓。2 物料原理系统的物料质量守恒为理论基础,研究某一系统内进出物料量及组成的变化,即:系统累计的质量输入系统的质量输出系统的质量反应生成的质量反应消耗的质量假设系统无泄漏,有:当系统无化学反应发生时,有:在稳定状态下,有:注:进入系统的物料流率;流出系统的物料流率;反应产生物料速率;反应消耗物料速率。3 物
