18、3-5threepiecesmodel,RPM960r/min,power1.5KWb、trianglebeltA22351、机架loomframeA机构作用说明机架主要由左墙板、右墙板和连接两块墙板之间的前横梁、后横梁、中间横梁、胸梁、和前后撑挡组成,用左小墙板和右小墙板各一块,上横梁装于小墙板上方,为了使机架稳固小墙板间,并从上支撑、小撑挡连接之。机架间的连接螺栓必须坚固,如机架安装不当时,机器运转时各轴中心容易发生走动,亦不可能使织机轻快灵活的运转。本机整个机架座按放在垫木上,再用地脚螺栓和地基坚固,以防震动。A:functioninstructionLoomframeismainlyc

24、sofupperbeam,Thelongitudinalandlateralpositionshouldbelevel.2、开口机构sheddingmechanism多臂式开口机构作用说明functioninstructionofdobbysheddingmechanism(1)本机构采用MODEL-221E型多臂,通过DZWB型电子纹版仪,使多臂与下综框箱之间的综框上下运动产生开口。(2)通过电脑操作系统:Windows9x/NT/2000/XP,来设置织物工艺。(3)将工艺数据输入数据盒,再将数据盒联结到机器上的控制盒中(操作说明书中有详细介绍)。(1)TheloomusesMODEL-2

26、econtrolbox(seedetailsinoperatinginstructions).投梭机构shooting-inmechanismA机构作用说明Afunctioninstruction(1)机织机投梭运动采用的下投梭机构,投梭运动由按装在投梭盘轴上的投梭盘及投梭鼻,撞击侧板上的投梭转子使打梭棒通过皮结撞击梭子,投向对侧梭箱。(2)打梭棒在投梭后由于打梭棒下端扭簧的作用而返回原位。(1)pickingmotionoftheloomapplyunderpickingmovement,pickingmovementismadebyHittingPickingbowlthroughpick

28、oftorsionalspringunderthepickingstick.B按装与调整Binstallationandcommissioning(1)投梭盘及投梭鼻的按装与投梭转子的位置必须平行接触。(2)投梭力强弱与投梭鼻对投梭转子的撞击深度有关,一般采用调节侧板挂脚上支头螺钉,以改变侧板帽高低的方法,来调整投梭动程的大小。(1)pickingdiskandpickingnosemustcontactpickingbowlinparallel.(2)Pickingforceisrelatedtoimpactdepthbypickingnoseonpickingbowl,generallyb
29、yadjustingheadscrewonsidepanel,soastobychangingtheheightofsidepanelcaptoadjusttheforceofthepickingstroke.(3)投梭时间的迟早与开口综平度反投梭力大小应相互适应,其测量方法,从胸梁到钢筘的距离为基准。(4)梭箱尺寸的大小及调整制梭力的强弱。(5)打梭棒扭簧的调整尽可能调节轻些,但在梭库侧应不妨碍换梭作用的进行。(6)两端梭箱底板高低位置应在同一水平面上,前后位置一致,与筘座脚垂直面角度为8630,与走梭面相接处应平齐,均用定规校正。(3)Pickingtimeshouldadapttothe

32、torA机构作用说明Afunctioninstruction(1)缓冲皮圈使对侧投来之梭子,进入梭箱后,首与皮结相撞,向外冲击打梭棒而打梭棒为缓冲皮圈所牵住,由于皮圈滑动箱内压簧之力,和很大的摩擦力为抵抗,逐使梭子安稳停止于梭箱内规定的位置上,以便进行准确之自动换梭运动。(1)Apronbufferthrowtheshuttleintotheshuttleboxfromthecontralateral,firstcollidedwithpicker,outwardimpactpickingstickandpickingstickisholdbybufferaprons,astheforceof
33、thecompressionspringintheapronslidingcabinetresistwithfrictionforce,soastodrivethestopatthespecifiedpositionintheshuttleboxsteady,resultinginautomaticshuttlechangingaccurately.(2)缓冲保护器使缓冲皮圈之作用更为准确完善,并减少皮圈及皮结之损伤和消耗,当对侧投来之梭子,使打梭棒向外推时,打梭棒脚帽即上拍侧板使缓冲带张紧,并擦过两只园盘之外园面,拉动装有缓冲弹簧之弹簧盘略略转动,因而使侧板打梭棒,皮结与梭子之间,保持着一定

35、hbufferspringrotatediskslightly,thusmaintainacertainpressurebetweenpickerandshuttleandthesidepanelpickingstick,makeshuttlegetmoreperfectbufferingandpositioning.B按装和调整Binstallationandcommissioning(1)缓冲皮圈滑动架按装在筘框木左右两端下方,皮圈缓冲梭子最后固定位置依靠调节螺钉定位,如须调换皮圈时可将皮圈底板缷下后进行。(2)皮圈缓冲力的大小不易说明,一般应视实际情况,可调节压簧帽从变化扁簧(4)的强弱

38、ootscrew.(5)缓冲带小过桥盘、偏心盘及弹簧盘与打梭侧板按装时应成一直线侧板,应在侧板导框槽中央,不碰擦。(6)缓冲保护器上所需要的摩擦力大小不易说明,应视实际情况决定,一般可调整缓冲偏心盘与侧板前端面的前后距离,当作用时弹簧盘略略转动即可。(7)缓冲带与过桥盘,偏心盘之间应不宜加油,尽可能使摩擦力变化减少。(5)whileBufferbeltgoingthroughbridgeplate,eccentricdiscandspringplate,pickingsidesshouldbeastraightlineandalsointhemiddleofthesideplategroove

40、lt,thebridgeplateandeccentricdisc,reducingfrictionchangesasmuchaspossible.5、打纬机构beating-upmechanismA机构作用说明Afunctioninstruction(1)本机采用曲炳轴打纬机构(2)曲柄轴通过牵手和装在摇轴上的筘座脚相连,筘座木装在筘座脚上,钢筘的下端装于侧翼和走梭板之间,中间夹以左右的侧翼垫块,以免钢筘头部受损。上端套在筘帽中,筘帽则随筘座脚一起摆动,当曲柄轴迴转时,便通过曲臂和牵手而传动筘座脚作前后摆动,则筘座脚上的钢筘即把已纳入梭口的纬纱打入织口。(3)在打纬时,则依靠定筘鼻转子和撞嘴

43、imwhilebeating-up.B按装与调整Binstallationandcommissioning(1)筘座脚按装在摇轴上筘框接脚上,左右两侧的高低位置应一致,用定规校正。(2)摇轴按装应与踏盘轴相平行,前后位置用定规校整。(3)钢筘筘面必须按装得与梭道面成86.5角度,可用定规进行调整。(4)走梭板里侧平直面应与钢筘密切相接,必要时可进行修整。(5)定筘鼻掛脚左右位置必须对准撞咀,并尽可能按装得向上靠足。(6)定筘鼻转子与撞咀啮合深度及平行间隙可按规定进行调整。(1)Sleyswordisinstalledonthereedframeofrockshaft,leftandrights
