Actually, lifestyle is a way of life or style of living that reflects the attitudes and values of a person or

Lets take the shepherds as an example: A shepherds life is peaceful and relaxing but maybe its boring sometimes.Possible answers from the Ss:Picture A. She is a business manager, working for a large company. She is of

16、ten on business trips. Meetings and phone calls usually take up most of her time. Instead of spending weekends or holidays together with her family, she always finds herself in the office till midnight. So I think her life should be busy, stressful, but exciting.Picture B. A shepherd lives in the co

17、untryside and works on the farm, where thereis no much noise as in the cities. Everyday he takes good care of the cows andsheep. The life must be peaceful.Picture C. To be a professional football player is very challenging, for he (or she) must sacrifice everything to training. The life appears to b

18、e dull and boring. And sometimes very stressful, while facing the fierce competition.Picture D. I think a students life is active, interesting and also stressful, esp. whenwhere are exams.Step III ListeningDeal with activities 2 and 3 on page 7.T: These four people are taking about their life. Liste

19、n and judge which of the people in the photos is speaking. Pay attention to the key words they use.Play the tape and students write down their answers. Play the tape again and check the answers.Then let students speak out the adjectives the people use to describe their life.T: Now read the two parag

20、raphs in activity 3. Then work in pairs to talk about the lifestyles.Sample conversation:A: My aunts life is very interesting because she travels a lot.
