2、向作用。首先介绍了如何根据个性选择适合的工作; 接着谈论到工作面试以及需要注意的事项,模拟面试; 最后说明科技发展对未来工作的影响和对个人技能的要 求,以及最具竞争能力雇员的性格特点。单元分析本课是第四个课时,核心主题是对未来工作变化的预测(即What的问题);是以阅读策略训练为重的阅读课,研读语篇的结构和形式(即How的问题);通过学生讨论预测和对文章的阅读,能激发学生对未来工作事业的畅想和规划(即Why的问题)。课时分析二教学背景分析学情分析授课班级为高二分层A班,学生对知识的综合运用有一定的能力;对于 Job Trends 这个话题比较感兴趣,参与度高;课文中涉及词汇已提前预习,学生无阅
