Overview1.1 XGN2-10 box stationary metal sealing switch equipment (referred to as the switchgear) is suitable for 12KV and below three-phase AC 50HZ system as acceptance and distribution of electric energy use, particularly suitable for frequent oper
2、ation places, the bus system is a single bus , and derive a single bus bar with bypass and double-bus structure.1.2 XGN2-10 box stationary AC metal sealing switch equipment, on the basis of ordinary type of switchgear has been derived use for high-altitude plateau-type products.1.3 This switchgear m
3、eet the national standard GB3906 "3 35KV AC Metal Sealing Switchgear" and international requirements of standard IEC298, and has "Five Anti" lockout feature. 1.4 Main switch of this switchgear is using ZN28A-10 series vacuum circuit breaker and SN10-10 type small oil circuit brea
4、ker with series with CD10 and CD17 series of electromagnetic and CT8 series and CT17/CT19 series spring mechanism. According to user needs can also be used ZN28-10, ZN73 etc integral circuit breakers, disconnector using GN30-10 rotary isolation switch, GN22-10 high-current disconnectors and GN30-10
5、rotary-high current isolation switch products.2. Use environmental conditions:2.1Environmental temperature: upper limit + 40; lower limit -5 2.2 Altitude does not exceed 1000m, which of plateau-type switchgear does not exceed 3000m2.3 Relative humidity: daily average is no greater than 95%, monthly
6、average is not more than 90%2.4 Vapor pressure: daily average is more than 2.2 × 10-3Mpa, monthly average less than 1.8 × 10-3Mpa;2.5 Seismic intensity: no more than 8 degrees2.6 No fire and explosion danger, serious pollution, chemical corrosion and violent vibration places.3. Product ser
7、ies and main specification, technical data3.1 Main wiring scheme specifications refer to Table 1, main wiring scheme assembly example refer to Table 2.3.2 When used at plateau-type scheme, the components shown at Table 1 are corresponded to the chosen plateau-type component. 15、ponding disconnector parameters, therefore earth switch dynamic, thermo stability current, contact pressure is corresponded with corresponding disconnector, but the distance between earth switch fracture is no less than 125mm (Plateau-type fracture distance is no less than 190mm).3.7 LZZJ-10 current

Product overall dimension and structure4.1 Product overall dimension refer to Figure 1.4.2 Switchgear installation dimension refer to Figure 1b, Figure 2.4.3 StructureThis switchgear is of metal sealing box type structure, cabinet framework is welded by angle
27、 steel, inside of the cabinet is divided into circuit breaker chamber, bus bar chamber, and relay chamber. Upper of the relay chamber can design a small bus chamber. Each chamber is separated by steel plates.The circuit breaker is at the lower side of the cabinet, transmission of circuit breaker is
28、connected by pull rod and operation mechanism, circuit breaker lower connection terminal connects current transformer, current transformer connects lower disconnector wiring terminal, circuit breaker upper wiring terminal connects upper disconnector wiring terminal, circuit breaker chamber is equipp
29、ed with pressure release passage, if internal electric arc happens, gas can through air ventilation passage to release the pressure.Bus chamber is at the upper of rear cabinet, to reduce cabinet height, the bus bar is orderly arranged, use 7350N anti-bending strength porcelain insulator to support,
30、bus bar connects upper disconnector wiring terminal.Cable chamber is behind the lower part of the cabinet room, internal support insulator equipped with monitoring devices, the cable fixed to the bracket, when main wiring is contact program, the cable room is the contact chamber.Circuit breaker oper
31、ation mechanism is mounted on the front left position, its upper side is disconnector operation and interlocking mechanism.Switchgear is for two-sided maintenance, the front part is for repairing the secondary components of the relay room, maintaining operation mechanism, mechanical interlock and tr
32、ansmission parts, repairing circuit breakers; the rear part is for maintaining the main bus and cable terminals, the breaker room and cable room are equipped with floodlight.Below the front door is equipped with a ground copper bus bar which parallel to the cabinet width direction, the cross-section
33、 of 4 × 40mm2.Mechanical interlock: in order to prevent load disconnects disconnector; prevent mistakenly open or close circuit breaker; prevent mistakenly enter charged interval; prevent charged connect grounding switch; to prevent the switch-on of grounding knife. Switchgear is adopted with c
34、orresponding mechanical interlock, procedures of mechanical interlock each motion is as follow:4.3.1 No power operation (operationoverhaul) Switchgear is at working position, that is upper and lower disconnectors, circuit breakers are under switch-on state, front and back door close is locked, and u
35、nder charged operation, this time the small handle is at working position. No power operation must strictly accord to the following order to operate: Circuit breaker is breaking; Pull small handle to “breaking locked” position, at this time the circuit breaker can not be switch-on; Insert the handle
36、 into lower disconnector operating hole, from up to down, pull down to lower disconnector switch-off position then take down the operation handle; Insert the handle into upper disconnector operation hole and pull from up to down, pull to upper disconnector switch-off position; then take down the ope
37、rating handle and insert it into grounding switch operation hole, push from down to up, make grounding switch at switch-on position; Pull the small handle to “overhaul” position, open the front door first, take out procedure lock keys to open the backdoor, then the no power operation is completed. T
38、he overhaul staff can conduct maintenance and overhaul to the circuit breaker and the cable room.4.3.2 Transmission operation (Overhauloperation)Close and lock the back door; take out the key and close the front door; Pull the small handle from overhaul position to breaking locked position, at this
39、time the front door is locked; The circuit breaker can not be switch-on, use operation handle to insert into grounding switch operating hole, pull from up to down, make grounding switch at switch-off position; Take down the operating handle and insert it into the disconnector operating hole, push fr
40、om down to up, make the upper disconnector at switch-on position; Take down the operating handle, insert it into the lower disconnector operating hole, push from down to up, make the lower disconnector at switch-on position; Take out the operating handle, pull the small handle to working position, a
41、t this time the circuit breaker can be switch-on.5. Installation, adjustment and maintenance5.1 Vacuum circuit breaker at switch-off generated dynamic load, up, down about 7840N, this data provides the basis of the design basis for estimating the stress.5.2 FoundationSwitchgear foundation is based o
42、n Figure 2 as reference for design and construction, foundation should be flat. 5.3 Installation procedures and matters need attentiona) Put switchgears on the foundation according to the sequence order, adjust straightness, vertical degree, horizontal degree of group switchgears, and then use M12 b
43、olts or spot welding method to fix switchgears on the foundation groove steel.b) Use M12 ×30 bolts to link between the cabinet.c) Install the main bus, open bus room top cover to install, after installation fixed the top cover plate, when connecting on the bus the contact surface shall be smoot
44、h, free of dirt, if there is dirt shall get rid of it, coated with neutral petrolatum.d) During installation of primary cable, when the cable head is finished, fixed the cable head on the bracket, cable and bus bar contact surface should be smooth and free of dirt, after with the contact surface coa
45、ted with the neutral petroleum jelly it can be connected and fastened, when cable construction is completed shall use plate to separate the cable room and cable groove.e) Connect inter cabinet grounding bus, to arrange along the direction of switchgear, inspect whether there are any omissions for wo
46、rking grounding and protective grounding, whether ground circuit is of continuous conduction, work grounding resistance should not be more than 1000, protective earth resistance shall be less than 4;f) Install secondary circuit cables, cable is penetrated on the left end of the mechanism, along the
47、wall into the relay room, tap received to the corresponding terminal block, during construction, should be noted that the cable number, terminal number will not leak through or wear wrong, after completion of secondary construction, pay attention not to forget to cover cable holes.5.4 Acceptance tes
48、t and preparation before put into operation 5.4.1 Acceptance Test Projecta) According to order information to check whether installed electrical components models, specifications are matched;b) Check whether fixed components have been loosen, if loosen is detected should be reinforced;c) Check bus c
49、onnection, the contact is tight and, if contact is at bad condition, should be repaired;d) Manually operate disconnector, circuit breakers, mechanical interlock procedures for 3-5 times, the operation should be flexible, smooth and non- lock phenomenon, and the action should be accurate, correct pro
50、cedures;e) Check the mechanical properties of circuit breaker, disconnector, whether it is consistent with its own requirements;f) Check whether the secondary wiring matches with the drawings, in case the main power circuit is not supplied with power the secondary circuit action test shall be conduc
51、ted and comply with the requirements of the secondary wiring diagram;g) For main circuit resistance measurement, because this switchgear has many programs, each phase resistance value is to be determined, tentatively scheduled the measurement parts are the circuit breaker and electrical connectors,
52、does not exceed its standard value, the electrical connection terminals should not exceed 1, measurement method is DC step-down method, through 100A DC current, measured its voltage drop value;h)For the main circuit insulation strength test, between the conductor and the shell, put AC 50Hz, voltage
53、200V, lasted 1min, there should be no breakdown discharge phenomena, the secondary circuit have electronics parts, test voltage is agreed by the user and the manufacturer; i) For the main circuit power frequency insulation voltage test, at phase to earth and inter phase add AC 50Hz, according to rat
54、ed voltage of switchgear, according to GB311-1 6 85% of the specified value, lasted 1min, there should be no breakdown flashover. Plateau-type switchgear test shall be conduct at the site of altitude is no higher than 1000m, the test voltage shall accord to GB311.13.4 rated withstand voltage times a
55、ltitude rectified factor Ka.5.4.2 Preparation for putting into operationa) Movable parts need lubricant oiling should supply with oil;b) Connect control, signal, lighting etc power supply;c) When the disconnector, circuit breaker etc places under switch-off state, transmit power to the main bus, which means closing incoming line circuit breaker cabinet;d) Close the disconnector of the switchgear with voltage transformer, check whether the voltage meter is correct, if correct continue to proceed;e) Close lightning arrestor, station transformer switchgear and relevant auxiliary electrical
