1、精选优质文档-倾情为你奉上一、教育背景(一)教师只注重教学成绩在近几年的教学和教研工作中,我看到了一种普遍的现象:教师为了能在期末考试中让学生有一个良好的考试成绩,就在平时工作中狠抓教学成绩,忽略了对学生能力的培养和开发。学生每天接触到的就是学习,教师带进课堂的就是试卷和作业,这样的教学很难取得良好的效果,即使学生的成绩“上去了”,也会产生一系列相关的后果,如学生的卫生、纪律、思想、同学关系等出现各种各样的问题。如此得不偿失的教学必定会被淘汰。(二)家长对学生过分溺爱每个家庭都对孩子很重视,担心孩子被落下,总是给孩子最好的呵护和最多的爱,孩子想要什么就买什么,这样的溺爱并不在少数。尤其是实行计
2、划生育以来,家庭中一个孩子的比率大大提高,他们享受着多种呵护,一旦在学校稍受委屈就会叫苦不迭,甚至有家长会到学校找教师评理,产生不和谐的现象。事实上,家长对孩子过分的溺爱并不是好事,孩子只有在学校里接受锻炼和熏陶,才会成长为有用的人才。(三)学生缺乏良好的学习习惯学生的学习很大程度上需要教师和家长的监督管理,如果放任自流会使学生堕落下去。如今的学生被电子产品和信息网络所迷惑的现象不在少数,不能否认新时代的高科技对学生的帮助,但是在一定程度上也对学生的学习产生了影响。有的学生不会做的题根本不去思考,直接在网上搜索答案,等到教师检查作业的时候发现学生做得很好,但是实际考试中就会出现问题,以前抄答案
3、的题目还是不会做。这样做只能是害了自己,耽误自己的学习时间。二、背景中的原因分析通过观察研究,造成以上情况的原因是多种多样的,其中学生缺乏良好的学习习惯是教学过程中的一大难题。很多学生没有自己独特的学习方法,都是别人怎么做,自己就跟着怎么做,别人的学习方法不一定适合自己。试想假如我们的孩子他们从小就养成了良好的学习习惯,与人相处宽容大方,做事前思后想,考虑周全,那么教师和家长还会这么绞尽脑汁、想方设法地去教育他们吗?究其原因,主要是教师在讲课时缺乏一种培养学生“习惯成自然”的思想,只是想着怎么提高学生成绩,根本没有体会到学生的感受,学生因此对课堂失去兴趣,对学习失去兴趣。另外,现在很多家庭都是
4、独生子女,这些孩子已经养成了我行我素的坏习惯,这对于他们的成长是没有好处的。加之传统的教育理念突出的是教师的权威性,常常出现课堂枯燥乏味的局面,学生的主观能动性受到遏制,结果师生关系变的紧张,根本达不到理想的学习效果和教学效果。三、实际教学中的心得体会(一)你赏识学生,学生才会赏识你从事教育事业以来,最大的感触就是发现学生最大的特点是容易接触,他们的心里并没有太多的勾心斗角、尔虞我诈,在他们眼里世界都是和平的。因此,教师要在最大程度上尊重学生、包容学生,互相理解,善于发现学生的闪光,经常鼓励学生,贴近学生的实际需求,给予学生最多的关心和爱护,才能增强教学的有效性。举个简单的例子,我们上课的时候
5、要不要考虑学生的感受?我想回答都是肯定的,可是怎么考虑呢?这就要求教师组织好语言,想好自己的表达方式和思维方式,调整好教学思路,用简洁的话语吸引学生的注意力,让学生能够接受和理解。只有教师赏识学生了,学生才会反过来赏识你。(二)激励式自主学习教师在教学中不能忽略激励的作用,适当运用激励手段,可以提升学生的学习兴趣。应试教学课堂围绕知识目标而展开,虽然继承了前人积累下来的经验,但忽视了学生创新的动机和兴趣。那么,如何激活学生的求知欲望呢?新课程标准要求我们建立以自主、合作、探究为主的教学模式,培养学生主动思考、质疑、求索以及善于捕捉新信息的能力,并把这种能力的培养定为课堂教学的终极目的。为此,积
6、极探索有利于激发兴趣、激活思维、激励探讨的课堂教学方法十分必要。只有这样,才能锻炼学生的自主学习能力。(三)带着一颗平等的心走进学生学生需要的是平等、和谐的交流空间,欢乐、愉快的学习氛围,教师的授课必须尊重学生的心理,不能扼杀学生的思维。这就要求教师在教学过程中要平等地对待每一个学生,不能因为某个学生学习好就特别对待,也不能因为某个学生比较调皮就把他放在角落里不管不问,这样都是不对的。学生是祖国的未来,每个学生在走出校园以后的发展都是不可预见的,并不是平时不爱学习的学生以后就没有发展,现实的例子比比皆是。教师要保证学生个性的发挥,潜移默化地培养学生的能力,使课堂教学真正焕发活力。如采用“整体感
7、知合作探究反思质疑拓展延伸”的教学模式,根据不同内容精心设计问题,组织课堂教学,这样的教学,课堂上感受到的是一种亲切、和谐、活跃的气氛,教师是学生的亲密朋友,学生也再不是僵化呆板、默默无闻的模范听众。(四)备好课是提高课堂质量的关键教师的授课既源于教材,又不能困于教材。要通过授课让学生真正学到知识,学到文化。因此备课就成了教师的重点。在办公室里教师应积极与其他教师探讨教学中存在的问题,在进行教研时多注意听取别人的意见和建议,平时多组织一些听课活动,提高教学热情。在网络上选取一些当下比较热点的话题和有意义的新闻事件,与学生分享,听取学生的意见和心得体会,活跃课堂气氛。只有教师备课充分,教学时才能
