1、ConfirmationofREACHRegulationREACH法规确实认TheREACH(Registration,EvaluationandAuthorizationofCHemicals)regulationoftheEuropeanCommunity(EC)statesthatchemicalsandSubstancesofVeryHighConcern(SVHC)willendangerhumanhealth,anditsusewillbecontrolled.ItrequiresthatSVHCmustberegisteredinEC,andtoobtainauthorizat

2、ionbeforeuse.Withoutauthorization,substanceandproductcontainingSVHCarenotallowedtobeimportedormanufacturedinEC.TodatetheEuropeanCHemicalsAgency(ECHA)haspublished7batchesofSVHCtotalling84candidates(listattached),andthelistwillbeupdatedbyECHAtwiceayear.欧盟REACH法规规定，对危害人类健康的高度关注物质(SVHC)”以授权使用”的形式进行管理。列入
