9、te轻型井点降水法施工工艺在基坑开挖深度较大,地下水位较高,而土质较差(如粉砂、细 砂等)的情况下,用集水坑降水法施工往往容易出现坑内涌水、斜坡 失稳塌方、坑底上冒(即管涌)、流砂等现象。不但使基坑无法开挖, 还会造成大量水土流失,影响邻近建筑物的安全,为此一般采用人工 井点降水。井点降水法就是在基坑开挖之前,在基坑四周埋设一定数量的滤 水管,挖方前或挖方过程中利用抽水设备,通过井点管不断抽水,使 地下水位逐渐降落至基坑底以下,形成较为稳定的水位曲线。由于在 基坑开挖过程中仍不断抽水,这样可使所挖土体始终保持干燥状态, 从根本上防止了地下水涌入坑内,也防止了流砂的发生,既改善了工作环境,也利于

19、mpc Gm - 1admte设备条件等,通过技术经济比较,选择适当的井点降水方法。各类井 点降水方法的参考适用范围可参照上表选择。 以轻型井点降水法采用 较广。轻型井点降水施工工艺:轻型井点法降水就是沿基坑的一侧、二侧或四周将多根较细的井 点管埋入地下蓄水层内,井点管的下端装有滤管,井点管的上端通过 弯管与总管连接形成管路系统,利用装在管路系统上的抽水设备将地 下水通过井点管不断抽出,这样便可将原有地下水位降至坑底以下需 要的高度。轻型井点降水布置示意图1、井点管,直径与滤管相同,长度 57m。2、滤管,直径438®50mm,长度1.01.5m。3、总管:直径 ”00M27mm。4

38、透管,其构造是否合理对抽水效果影响很大。滤管的直径多为 3850mm,长 度为1.01.5m,管壁呈梅花形,钻有直径为13 19mm的圆孔,管壁外包两层滤网,内层为细滤网,采用网眼3050孔/cm黄铜丝布或尼龙丝布;外层为粗滤网,采用网眼 510孔/cm的铁 丝布、尼龙丝布或棕皮。为避免滤孔淤塞影响流水畅通,滤网与管壁之间用小塑料管或梯形铁丝绕成螺旋状隔开。滤网外面再围一层8 号粗铁丝保护网。滤管下端为一锥形的铸铁头子,上端与井点管连接。2、井点管与弯联管:井点管的直径与滤管相同,其长度为57m,可整根或分节组成。井点管的上端用联管与总管相连。弯联管可用透明塑料管、胶皮管或钢管,上均装有阀门,
