All documents, drawings and communications shall be in

2、 English. Inthe me, AUTOCAD and PDF electronic files shall be provided.1.1 投标方提供的资料使用法定制即国际制(文字为英文)。所有文件、图纸及通讯，均应使用英文。同时提供 AUTOCAD 和 PDF 电子文本1.2Technical documents to be provided by the Supplier shall be divided into drawings forcooperating design stage, drawings for manufacture and drawings for con

3、struction, and also shall be divided into four aspects such as equipment manufacture supervision inspection, construction commissioning and trial run, performance test acceptance and operation and maintenance etc. The Suppliers drawing materials shall satisfy concrete requirements on the above four

4、aspects.1.2 投标方提供的技术资料分为配合设计阶段图纸、供生产制造图纸以及供施工用图纸， 又分为设备监造检验、施工调试试运、性能试验验收和运行维护等四个方面。投标方图纸资料须满足以上四个方面的具体要求。1.3The Purchaser shall provide documents concerning contract equipment design andmanufacture in a timely manner.1.3 招标方要及时提供与合同设备设计制造有关的资料。1.4Drawings to be supplied by the Supplier shall be in

5、AutoCAD（2004） format and PDFformat, text files shall be in Word/Excel (2003) format and PDF format. All documents supplied shall be in print font in English. The formal documents supplied shall have use stage clearly marked.1.4 投标方所供图纸应为 AutoCAD（2004）格式和 PDF 格式，文本文件应为 Word/Excel（2003）格式和 PDF 格式。所供资料

6、，均应采用英文对照印刷字体。提供的正式文件应注明使用阶段。1.5The organizing structure of documents shall be clear, with strong logic, attached withdocuments submission list. The contents of documents shall be correct, accurate, consistent, clear and complete, satisfying project requirements. The technical documents (including d

7、rawings) provided by the Supplier shall use KKS identification system, KKS coding allocated to components level. During design cooperation stage, The Purchaser and Design Unit shall provide KKS codes to equipment level and coding principle, The Supplier shall be responsible for following the coding

8、principle, prepare KKS codes for components level upon completion of design cooperation stage, and submit them to Design Unit and The Purchaser for review. The Supplier shall have all KKS codes up to components level marked on drawings for design cooperation and final version.附件 6-1Ibri循环电站线路保护、接口屏、

9、计量屏、故障系统订货合同第二卷：技术协议1.5 资料的组织结构清晰、逻辑性强，附带资料递交。资料内容要正确、准确、一致、清晰完整，满足工程要求。要求投标方提供的技术文件(包括图纸)采用 KKS 标识系统，KKS 编码编到部件级。在设计配合阶段，招标方和设计提供至设备级的 KKS编码及编码原则，投标方负责按编码原则，在设计配合阶段完成编制部件级的 KKS 编码，提交设计及投标方审核。投标方在设计配合以及最终版图纸的图纸中标注全部直至部件级的 KKS 编码。1.6 The Supplier shall be responsible for providing necessary design do

10、cuments to Design Unit in time. The Suppliers technical documents and their electronic files provided to the tendering party shall be electronic files can be edited and revised. The Supplier shall revise drawings and resubmit them after receipt the revision comments of the design party, minor revisi

11、on shall be completed in 1-3 days, major revision shall be completed in 3-5 days; the total revision time of the Suppliers drawings for cooperation design stage shall not exceed 7days. Upon confirmation by signature of Design Unit, The Supplier shall issue drawings for production as per the confirme

12、d drawings, and send them and drawing list to Design Unit and the Purchaser for review within the time specified in this technical agreement. The Purchasers review on the technical documents and drawings shall not relieve the Supplier from its performance obligation.1.6 投标方负责按时向设计提供必需的设计资料。投标方向招标方提供

13、的技术文件及资料的电子文件应是可编辑、修改的电子文件。投标方应在收到设计方的修改意见后及时修改图纸并提交，小型修改应在 13 日内完成，大型修改应在 35 日内完成，投标方配合设计阶段图纸修改时间累积不得超过 7 日。设计签字确认无问题后，投标方应按确认图纸供生产图纸并按本技术协议规定的时间和图纸目录发设计及招标方审核。招标方对技术文件和图纸的审核不减免投标方履约责任。1.7To those documents and information not having been listed into the contract technicaldocuments list, but necess

18、dards adopted, and have detailed descriptions on operating steps and particulars, the description shall be accurate without mistakes; steps shall be definite and clear, with particular details, illustrations, with strong instructiveness and practicability.1.10 制造生产用图纸必须经过设计和招标方审核，经招标方签字确认后方可用于生产。供施工

19、用图纸资料(随机资料)必须经招标方审核，质量和格式满足要求后方可。设备说明书、安装调试手册、运行维护手册等应对设备结构、原理及采用标准进行详细的描述，并对操作步骤及细节进行详尽的描述，应做到叙述准确无误、步骤明确清晰、细节详实、图文并茂，具有较强的指导性和实用性。1.11 Drawing numbers of the drawings provided shall be clear, in order, without phenomenon of different drawings with the same number. After drawing revision, design en

20、gineering unit shall be informed in time, revision serial numbers shall be marked clearly on the drawings.1.11 所供图纸编号必须清晰、有序，不得有不同图纸相同编号的现象出现。图纸后，必须及时通知工程设计，图纸应注明序号。1.12 Drawings, documents and instruction manuals etc provided for project construction and engineering shall use white drawings.1.12 所供

21、工程施工设计用图和资料、说明书等采用白图。1.13 For drawings of various stages, the Supplier shall provide master list. Each batch of documents provided by the Supplier shall also be attached drawing list, each document shall have revision number marked, the revision sequence for review is A, B, C, D., the revision seque

22、nce of documents having been approved is 0, 1, 2, 3., when updating drawings, revision upgrading description shall be added on the first sheet of the drawing, marking entries, contents, time and drawing sheets revised on the upgraded drawings. Cloud lines shall be used to mark the revised portion on

23、 the drawings, and marked with revision number.1.13 各阶段图纸投标方均应提供总。投标方提交的每一批资料也均应附有图纸清单，每张资料都注明版次，用于审核的版次序列为 A、B、C、D，资料批准后的版次序列为 0，1，2，3，升版图纸时应在图纸第一页增加升版说明，标明升版图修改的条目、内容、时间及修改所在图纸页码。在图纸中修改的部分，应用云线标注，并注明修次。1.14 Documents format and packing requirements1.14 资料格式及包装要求：1.14.1 All installation documents (

24、instruction manuals and installation drawings) shall be packed with hard file folders. Documents have nothing to do with installation such asequipments of compliance, equipment inspection reports, equipment qualitys, raw materials reports etc shall be packed separately. 27、shall be marked in all documents (project description shallhave English expression).1.14.3 所有资料中必须注明本工程项目的名称(项目名称必需有英文表示)。1.14.4Drawing sizes shall meet ISO A series size requirement, use A4 or A3 papers aspossible, the max. size shall not exceed A0 (can be lengthened as per standard), however, whic

28、h shall be folded into A4 size for being bind into hard file holders;1.14.4 图纸符合ISO A 系列图幅要求，尽量采用A4 或A3 纸，最大图幅不超过A0(可以按照标准加长)，但需折成 A4 版幅装订在硬质文件夹中；1.14.5High quality white papers over 80g/m2 will be used for drawing printing;1.14.5 图纸采用 80g/m2 以上的高质量白纸打印；1.14.6The title column at the lower right corn

29、er of the drawing shall be drawn as per thestandard drawing format; signatures of preparer, reviewer and approver shall be complete. If for the reason of drawing level, no signature at certain level is required, corresponding description shall be made or the signature column shall be crossed out, no

30、 blank shall be allowed in the signature columns.1.14.6 图纸右下标题栏应按照招标方提供的标准图框格式绘制；编审批签名应齐全，如因图纸级别问题，某级不需签字时应作出相应说明或把签字栏划掉，签字栏不得出现空白。1.14.7All drawings shall be drawn as per scale, which shall be detail and accurate, withcomplete marking;1.14.7 所有的图纸均按比例绘制，应详细准确、标注完整；1.14.8Requirementsonwrittendocumen

34、成若干章节；列表；附件等。4)For templets, refer to Appendix 5d) 模板参见附录(Appendix)51.15 The Suppliers installation documents equipment produced by the Supplier itself andinclude installation documents of main installations documents of all the Supplieroutsourcing equipment (such as purchased motors, purchased valv

35、es etc), the requirements on installation documents of its outsourcing equipment are the same with the installation requirements on main equipment, and the Supplier is required to have installation documents of outsourcing equipment arranged in the file holders in a complete manner. Relevant documen

36、ts of outsourcing equipment shall be in printing font in English. And paper documents and electronic version of documents shall be provided as per requirements in Annex 2.3.1.15 投标方的安装资料包括投标方生产的主设备安装资料和所有投标方外购设备(如外购电机、外购阀门等)的安装资料，其外购设备的安装资料的要求和主设备的安装资料要求相同，且投标方在提交安装资料时需要将外购设备的安装资料也全部整理在文件夹内。外购设备的相关资

The supplier shall submit the documents as per requirement if related documents be omitted or unqualified and unsuitable by free.技术协议签订后，投标方应按照附件 3 中“设计配合技术文件要求”和“配合资料文件提交时间表”提供设计配合资料。The submission of the Suppliers documents shall be timely, sufficient, and satisfy the requirements of project sch
