2、义,表示说话人的情绪、态度或语气的动词,但不能单独作谓语,只能和其他动词原形构成谓语。 二、情态动词的位置和特点位置:1.情态动词在句中放在谓语动词之前。 2.谓语动词前若有助动词,则在助动词之前 3.疑问句中, 情态动词放在主语之前。 特点:情态动词无人称和数的变化,情态动词后面跟的动词需用原形。 三、现在进行时的基本结构:Modal verb (can,must, need)+do sth.1. 陈述句(肯定句) 主语can/should /must +do sth.如:We can be there on time tomorrow. 我们明天可以准时到达那里2. 否定句主语modal

3、verb (can/should/need/must)+not do sth.,如:I cant see you. 我不能看见你。 We mustnt drink so much.我们一定不能喝太多。3. 一般疑问句modal verb +主语do sth,如:Can you see me?你能看见我吗?-Yes, I can.是的,我可以。-No, I'm cant.不,我不能。Need I go there now? 我现在需要去那吗?Must I go to bed at 9?Yes,you must.No, you neednt.4. 特殊疑问句疑问词modal verb (c

4、an)主语do sth.,如:- What can you do ? 你能做什么? -I can draw flowers. 我可以画花。- How can you go there? 你怎么去那里? Why should I get up so early? 为什么我应该起这么早? Learning Difficulties1.
