1、机械设计制造及其自动化专业(大类)培养方案(080301)(Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering)一、专业简介(、Major Introduction)机械设计制造及其自动化专业主要培养从事装备制造业领域的产品设计开发、制造、生产运行管理等工作的高级工程科技人才。本专业是一个宽口径专业,有机械制造及其自动化、机械设计及其自动化、机械电子工程和工业工程四个专业方向,具有硕士学位、博士学位授予权点。Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering is committed to cultivating high-level

2、 engineering talents with expertise in product design and development, manufacturing process, production and operation management in equipment manufacturing industry. This major offers four academic directions including Manufacturing Engineering & Automation, Mechanical Engineering & Automation, Mec

3、hatronics Engineering and Industrial Engineering, with bachelors, masters and doctoral degrees.二、培养目标(、Academic Objectives)培养掌握宽厚的基础理论、扎实的专业基本知识和基本技能,在工程科学、技术方面具有较强的综合创新意识、独立工作能力和团队精神,胜任机械产品的设计制造、研究开发、营销管理等方面的工作和跨学科的合作任务,具备较高的文化素质、良好的职业道德的高级专业人才。The objectives for this major are for students to acqu

4、ire a broad, fundamental-based knowledge, solid specialty knowledge as well as basic practical skills; to possess comprehensive innovative consciousness, capability of doing research independently and team spirit; to be capable of the works in design and development, manufacturing, marketing and ope

5、ration management of mechanical and electrical products, and cross-disciplinary collaboration; to have high level cultural quality and professional moral.三、培养要求(、Academic Requirement)贯彻“面向工程、宽基础、强能力、重应用”的培养方针,探索建立专业拓展方向及相应课程体系,提高学生的专业技能;强化实践教学环节,提高学生的工程实践能力(机电产品设计与制造)及解决复杂工程问题的能力,提高社会竞争力。Enforcing t

6、he cultivation guideline of “Engineering Orientation, Broad Foundation, Capability Strengthening and Practice Concentration”, this program is designed to construct extended disciplinary directions and the corresponding courses so as to improve students professional expertise and skills. By strengthe

7、ning the practice courses, the students are required to improve their ability to deal with engineering practice (design and manufacturing of mechanical and electrical products) and to solve complex engineering problems, in order to improve their job-hunting competitiveness.四、学制与学位(、Length of Schooli

10、课程的实验。实习主要包括:认识实习、工程训练(机械)、工程训练(电子)、生产实习、毕业实习等。Main experiments include those attached to the main courses such as Interchangeability and Measurement Technology, Fundamentals of Control Engineering, Testing Technology for Mechanical Engineering, etc.Main practices include Recognition Practice (site

11、visit), Engineering Training (metallurgical technology), Engineering Training (electrical & electronics), Industrial Experience and Graduation Practice.八、专业优势及特色(、Major Predominance and characteristics)在“高效精密加工与工具系统”研究方面具有突出的专业优势,在“机电集成控制技术及装备”和“数字化制造技术”方面处于国内先进水平。将科研成果引入课堂,注重机械设计及制造基础训练,强调实践能力和创新意识

12、的培养,使学生走上工作岗位后,能够尽快胜任技术工作,成为企业的技术骨干。近年,“机械设计制造及其自动化专业”的建设成果如下:2006年,山东省立项确定为“省级品牌专业建设点”;2007年,通过“全国工程教育专业认证”;2008年,教育部确定为高等学校第一类“特色专业建设点”;2009年,教育部确定为高等学校第二类“特色专业建设点”。This major is ranked the national leading level in the field of “High efficiency, precision machining technology and tooling system”,

13、 national advanced level in the field of “Integrated control of mechanical and electrical equipments” and “Digital manufacturing”. By introducing the scientific achievements into education, this program focuses on the fundamental training in mechanical design and manufacturing, and addresses the cul

14、tivation of practical ability and innovative consciousness, so as to make the students competent for the technical work after graduation and become the technical backbone.The achievements of the major “Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering” are as follows:2006: Conferred the provincial brand spec
