6、习材料:商务英语教材、华融酒店简介、菜谱、教辅的旅游英语、餐旅模块英语、英文服务录像、哈尔滨风光片;组织形式:学生分成四组,一名组长。教室被模拟成餐厅,大门1号生、吧台2号生、餐桌3号生、收银台4号生,顾客5、6、7、8号生扮演。任务书:task 一:仔细阅读案例,回答案例后问题。2分钟二:每组根据实际不同情景选择不同英文服务程序。3分钟三:每组5-6 名同学扮演餐厅接待情景。要求:)根据教师制定情景涉及服务流程。)专业术语正确、清晰、流畅,表演入情入境。)在教师启发、师生互动情境下,用英语解决接待服务任务。Teaching Procedures教学内容、教学步骤教学方法组织教学 Organi

Restaurant service 餐厅服务 3)Bourbon on the rocks 把 Bourbon 酒到在小方块冰上。4).It never goes to the head ( 不管喝多少)它也不上头。5).Wine 通常分为以

17、下4类:Still wine 没有气体的酒;Sparkling wine 由气体的酒,例如,chamagne 香槟酒;Fortilled wine 掺加烈酒的酒,例如,sherry 雪梨酒,port 葡萄酒;Distilled wine 经过蒸馏的酒,例如,brandy 白兰地。5).Just a moment.相当于Wait a moment (a minute, a second)这里moment minute second都不表示具体的时间,意思是“请稍等候”。6).Im afraid:口语中常用此句型来表示委婉的拒绝、批评等,意思是“恐怕”。如:Im afraid its too ex
