1、船坞( 台)大合拢搭载工艺Final Erection Craft文件号: QB/JMS-01H1313-09船坞(台)大合拢搭载工艺版改号: A / 0页次:2/14一、适用范围 Range of application 本工艺主要适用于在倾斜船台进行大合拢建造的钢质全焊接船舶; This craft is applied to all-welding steel ships in inclined building berth 本工艺主要包含了合拢前分段技术要求以及分段吊装程序工艺。This craft includes block technical requirement before
2、 assembly and block lifting procedure.二、工艺内容 Content:1、大合拢前的场地准备: Site preparation before final erection:1.1 船体分段大合拢通常在船台或船坞上进行,对船台场地应进行必要的打扫和清理。Block erection usually is conducted on berth or dock, the ground should be clean.1.2 船台中心线处勘划船体中心线的船台地面扁钢条应除锈,涂防锈漆,所勘划船中心线肋 位站号应明显、永久、精确。 Ship berth flat s
3、teel bar of hull center line need rust removal, painting antirust paint. Frame number on ship center line should be obvious, permanent and accurate.1.3 在船台一侧设置永久性标杆并涂上油漆,在标杆上设置分段水平检验标志,该标志要求 醒目,在船台合拢区域内不得有妨碍激光寻标的任何物件。 Set a permanent benchmark on one side of berth and being painted. Set block level
4、testing mark on benchmark, this testing mark should be striking. Anything in berth erection area obstruct laser marking is not permitted.1.4 船台定位肋骨线,根据排楞图中滑落机的位置,定出船体在船台上的布置位置,用 40mm ×40mm肋位样条在船体基线一定高度位置,定出船台面中心线肋位号标志,该标志应明 显、永久、精确。 Locate frame line. According location of slide machine, find a
5、rrangement location of hull on berth, and mark the berth center frame number, and this mark should be obvious, permanent and accurate.2、大合拢前分段技术要求: Block technical requirement before final erection;2.1 进行大合拢的分段作为中间产品,必须是经中合拢检验合格的分段产品,其分段的建造 精度符合 CSQ。S 进行船台大合拢预装的预埋件,必须根据生产计划及托盘表的要求按时 送到大合拢指定地点。 As se
6、mi-finished product, final erection blocks must be qualified after middle erection, of which building accuracy must accord to CSQS. 7、nd requirement of tray table.3 大合拢分段合拢要点: Key point of final erection blocks3.1 分段合拢时以定位分段为基准,然后向艏、艉方向发展的舯塔式建造方案。为此定位分 段上船台前两端余量割净, 按焊接型式要求两端开出坡口。 In block erection, with the base block as reference, building fore and aft, which is middle tower building scheme, is adopted. Clean margin of both ends
8、of base blocks before they are carried to berth. Open groove at both base block ends according to welding types.3.2 主船体其它各分段其拼接端的余量上船台套割,其另一端自由端在上船台前割去余量, 开出焊接坡口。艏楼、甲板室分段下端余量上船台合拢时套割。 The joint side margin of each other blocks should be cut off before erection. And margin of the other free end shoul
9、d cut off before erection and open the welding groove. The margin of lower part of forecastle and deck house should be cut during the erection.3.3 船体双层底企口上侧余量 50mm,用企口接缝线 10mm作为上口线激光划线,然后割 去余量。 For double bottom, the margin of upper side is 50mm, use groove seam line 10mm as upper edge line laser ma
10、rk, then cut off the margin.3.4 分段两端构件尽可能一刀切,为保证分段的强度和构件的完整性,纵向构件碰到横舱壁 时,构件应延伸到舱壁,环形大接缝尽量在同一平面内。 To ensure the block strength and integrity of components, cut the components of both block ends with one cut as possible. When longitudinal component encounter the transverse bulkhead, component should b
11、e extended to bulkhead, and big ring joint should be at same level as possible.3.5 为保证底部双层底分段长度和减少舷侧分段与双层底分段的肋位的错位现象,在双层底 分段的大合拢接口处的肋位,船台定位考虑环缝焊接收缩量后,装配误差应控制在 +3-0mm之内。 To ensure block length of double bottom and reduce the frame number dislocation of double bottom, error of assembly on erection joi
12、nt frame number of double bottom should be within +3-0mm, considering the shrinkage of circular seam welding.3.6 为使上层建筑吊装时,肋位误差尽可能小, 主船体大合拢接口肋位误差控制在± 5mm之内。 To reduce frame number error as possible when lifting the superstructure, controlthe frame joint error of hull erection within± 5mm3.
13、7 舷侧分段下口外板 50mm纵 舱壁 20mm余量按标杆修正定位水线 10mm,再放公差 12mm,文件号: QB/JMS-01H1313-09船坞(台)大合拢搭载工艺版改号:A / 0页次:4 /14划线后再割去下端余量。3.8 对于双壳体的船舶,考虑内壳的精度,纵向舱口围板焊在舷侧分段甲板上,该甲板不伸 出纵舱壁和纵向舱口围板,左右相应舷侧分段应在平台上事先在分段艏艉上端用方形横 撑过桥固定,同时亦可在船台上分别定位后 , 加固方形横撑过桥。 As for double shell ship, considering accuracy of inner shell, longitudin
14、al hatch coaming should be welded to decks of shipside block. The deck could not extend out of longitudinal bulkhead and longitudinal hatch coaming. Relevant shipside blocks P/S should be fixed on platform with square gap bridge in advance. Also,locate3.9 根据图纸要求加放大合拢分段反变形值, 本厂惯例艉部 0、-10 、-15mm,艏部-5
15、、-5 、-10mm。 Add deformation value of erection block as drawings requirement, usually deformation value of stern is 0、 -10 、-15mm,and that of bow is -5 、 -5 、-10mm.3.10 对箱型结构双层底分段环缝的焊接,一定要在前后或后方已拼2 3 只分段,并在其中分段上加固体重物压载后才可进行。For circular seam welding of box structuredouble bottom block, it is necessar
16、y that there have been 2 or 3 jointed block fore or aft and solid heavy things to be ballasted on blocks.3.11 所有分段大合拢环缝附近的横向构件角焊缝在分段建造中均应焊妥。为使大合拢环缝接 口光顺,减少凹凸不平现象,在大合拢环缝附近,最好在强构件处,用火工进行反变形 加工,一般将板边向外烘烤 1020mm左右,并在双层底横向环缝离实肋板若大于等于 400mm自由端, 则在舭部离环缝 50mm处,做假舭肘板 , 用一 8×300,余料拼成,直至分段 大合拢定位前拆去。 Trans

To make joint of erection circular seam fair and reduce uneven part, near erection circular seam,take deformationprocess with hot work. Generally bake the plate edge about1020mm,andi f distance betwe
18、en double bottom transverse circular seam and solid floor is equal or greater than 400mmf ree end, then make a virtual bilge bracket 50mma way from bilge. The virtual bilge bracket is made of 8× 300 margin. Removet he virtual bilge bracket before positioned erection.3.12 分段在大接缝处的纵桁及纵向构件不包括舱壁 25
19、0500 mm内不焊接,应待大合拢拼接 后再焊接。 Longitudinal girder and longitudinal component except 250-500mm of bulkhead are not welded until erection assembly.3.13 艉轴管一般在艉立分段上预装 , 因而艉立分段上船台安装应以轴系粗拉线与主机座相对文件号: QB/JMS-01H1313-09船坞(台)大合拢搭载工艺版改号:A / 0页次:5 /14位置为基准, 船台定位。在船台大合拢时应及时测量轴系中心线的变形偏移并及时控制。 Stern tubes usually pr
20、eassemble on stern vertical block, so installation of berth should be on base of relative location of shaft rough line and ER foundation, then position the berth. When erect the berth, excursion of shaft center line should be measured in time and taken under control.3.14 大合拢环缝的十字焊缝分段装配定位时先矫直,内侧焊缝焊接结
21、束后 , 外侧焊缝应采用 先将纵向焊缝进行碳刨,使纵向焊缝保持光顺后进行焊接,然后碳刨环缝,焊接横向大 合拢环缝。 Whenb lock is being assembled, cross welding seam of erection circular seam should be adjusted. After finishing welding inner side seam, carbon gouging should be taken to longitudinalwelding seam in order that longitudinal weldingseam keeps f
22、air, then carbon gouge the circular seam and weld the transverse erection circular welding seam.3.15 若舷侧分段上端舱口围板顶板处有高强度钢构件的,一般考虑舱口围板顶板的面板在大 合拢时焊接 , 并严格按照高强度钢的焊接工艺进行。 If there is high strength steel component on top plate of hatch coaming on shipside block, generally the face plate of hatch coaming i
23、s welded in erection and it takes in accordance with welding procedure of high strength steel.3.16 凡二次除锈分段,在大接缝处端接缝及构件端部、船台散装件处的焊缝区域不油漆,并 用胶带保护。 For all secondary rust removal block, welding zones of end seam, end of component, berth stuff are not painted and protected with adhesive tape.3.17 各分段装配定
24、位后 , 分段间的船台散装构件按托盘表应装妥。After each block assembly positioning, berth bulk between blocks should installedwell according to tray table.3.18 根据建造进度,凡已构成密闭区域处可以进行密性试验,密性试验技术要求详见相关船 舶全船密性试验图。 According to building schedule, tightness test can be taken to enclosed area. Technical requirement of tightness

26、 of mooring4.2 带缆桩、导缆器等系泊设备定位焊接火工结束。equipment, such as bollard and fairlead completed.5、勘划水尺、水线、载重线条件 : Condition of water depth mark, water line and loadline.5.1 全船主体焊接结束,上建分段定位安装结束。 Welding of main hull completed, positioning assembly of superstructure block completed.5.2 船体基线挠度连续三次测量值趋向稳定 Three t
27、imes continuous measuring value ofhull base deflection tend to be stable.6、船舶下水前船台最少工作量 :Reduce workload of berth before launching.6.1 下水前,主要船体结构、 水下工作及预制预装工作结束。 Before launching, preassemblyof main hull structure, underwater work, prefabrication and preassembly completed. 7、船体建造误差及验收项目Shipbuilding

29、 mm8、各类型分段合拢时吊装程序: Lifting procedure of various blocks in erection8.1 底部分段的吊装程序 Lifting procedure of bottom block8.1.1 将分段吊上船台 (同时包括定位分段在内 ) ,分段上船台前 , 应按工艺要求切割余量 ,无including position余量上船台 , 减少大合拢修割工作量 .Lift the block onto berthblock ), To reduce erection modified cutting, the block should cut off ma
30、rginaccording to craft requirement and block should be lifted to berth without any margin.8.1.2 吊线锤使分段定位肋骨线对准船台上相应肋骨线 Align the positioning frame line on block to relevant frame line on berth with plumb bob.8.1.3 吊线锤使分段中心线对准船台中心线 Align the center line on block to center line on berth with plumb bob.
31、8.1.4 用水平管(或激光经纬仪 )校验船底基线高度 ,使之与相应的船底基线高度相符合 ,并使 分段纵倾度与龙骨斜度相一致 , 注意由船台坡度而产生的读数差 .文件号: QB/JMS-01H1313-09船坞(台)大合拢搭载工艺版改号:A / 0页次:7 /14Use leveling pipe (or laser theodolite) to check height of bottom base line to make it coincide with height of relevant bottom base line, and coincide block trim to kee

Pay attention to differential reading caused by berth gradient.8.1.5 用水平管校验 分段横向状态 , 使之 左右保持水平 .Use leveling pipe to check transverse condition of block to keep it horizontal left and right.8.1.6 划出并切除余 量, 并与相邻 分段 对接 .Mark and cut off margin, and jointed neighbouring blocks.8.1.7 固定分段
33、位置 , 以待焊接 .Fix block position to wait for welding.8.1.8 底部分段合拢精度要求 :Erection accuracy requirement of bottom block.中心线偏差 <2mm Center line offset is less than 2mm 左右水平偏差± 4mm Left-and-right level 船底中心线艏艉高度与基线偏差± 2mm Fore and aft height of bottom center line and base line ± 2mm肋骨检验线前后
34、位置偏差 <± 4mm.Back and forth of frame inspection line<±4mm8.2 舷侧平面分段的吊装 :Hoisting of side level block8.2.1 将分段吊上船台,根据具体船舶分段划分图要求,需要割除的余量,应当切割完毕, 但舷顶列板上缘应于分段两端 300400mm不割,以便相邻分段对接后, 修齐上口线。 Lift the block on the slipway and cut the allowance which need to be cut according to the block di
35、vision plan, but top of sheer strake should not be cut on the both ends of the block 300400mm so as to touch up the edge line after the block connection.8.2.2 使分段定位肋骨线对准底部分段相应的定位肋骨线 .Make the block locating frameline aim at the opposite locating frame line at bottom8.2.3 用水平管(或激光经纬仪 )使分段纵倾度与基线相一致 ,并
36、使水线高度符合标杆上的相应 高度。Use the horizontal pipe(or laser theodolite)to maket he block trim reconcile with the base line and make the water line height fit the height of pole.8.2.4 在分段两端的肋骨线和甲板边线相交处吊线锤检验其型宽。 Hang a plumb bob at the connection of frame line and deck edge line to test its molded breadth.8.2.5

38、.3 甲板平面分段的吊装 :Deck level block hoisting8.3.1 将分段吊上船台,根据具体船舶分段划分图要求,需要割除的余量,应当切割完毕。Lift the block on the slipway and cut the allowance which need to be cut according to the block division plan.8.3.2 使分段上横梁定位线对准舷侧分段同号肋骨定位线。 Make the upper beam locating line aim at the ship side same number block frame
39、 locating line.8.3.3 吊线锤 ( 或激光经纬仪 ) 使分段中心线对准内底上的船体中心线。 Plumb bob (or laser theodolite)make the block center line aim at the hull center line of inner bottom.8.3.4 根据舷侧对准甲板边线。 According to the side, aim at the deck edge line.8.3.5 利用水平软管检验梁拱。 Use level hose to test the camber.8.3.6 固定分段,以等焊接。 Fix the
40、 block for welding8.3.7 甲板平面分段合拢精度控制 :Deck level block folding accuracy control 甲板中心线与船底中心偏差 <3mm Deck center line and bottom center line甲板宽度 B±0.05%B Deck breadth B ±0.05%B 肋骨检验线前后位置偏差± 5mm Back and forth of frame testing line±5mm8.4 艏立体分段的安装 :Fore tridimensional block instal
41、lation8.4.1 将分段吊上船台,根据具体船舶分段划分图要求,需要割除的余量,应当切割完毕。Lift the block on the slipway and cut the allowance which need to be cut according to the block division plan8.4.2 吊线锤使分段中间定位肋骨线、首端点分别对准船台上的相应肋骨线及首端点位置, 两者相矛盾时,一般以首端点作为定位依据。 Plumb bob(or laser theodolite)make the block center locating frame line and h
42、ead point respectively aim at frame and the head point on the slipway. If conflict, generally use head point as locating poisition.8.4.3 吊线锤 ( 或激光经纬仪 ) 使分段中心线对准内底上的船体中心线。 Plumb bob (or laser theodolite)make the block center line aim at the hull center line of inner bottom.文件号: QB/JMS-01H1313-09船坞(台)
43、大合拢搭载工艺版改号:A / 0页次:9 /148.4.4 吊线锤 ( 或激光经纬仪 ) 校验基线,并使之与高度标杆上相应的高度符合,并使分段的 纵向倾斜度与基线坡度相一致 Plumb bob(or laser theodolite)tests the base line and make it as same as the height pole and make the block trim as same as the base line gradient.8.4.5 用水平软管(或激光经纬仪 )校验艏端点高度,使之与高度标杆上的首端点高相符合; 也可以用钢卷尺根据线型图上首端点距基线的
44、垂直距离直接量取,但读数要考虑因基线 坡度而修正的数值。高度定位时,还需考虑基线的反变形值。 Use level hose (or laser theodolite)to test the height of fore head point and makei t as same as the height pole. Wec an also use the steel tap to measure the vertical distance between fore head point and the base line in the body line plan directly. Bu
45、t the revised number due to the base line gradient should be considered. The deformation value of base line should also be considered when locating the height.8.4.6 用水平软管在甲板面上校验分段的横向状态,使之左右保持水平。 Use the level hose on the deck level to test block's transverse condition and keep it in balance.8.4.
46、7 割除余量,并与相邻分段对接。 Cut off the allowance and connect it with adjacent block.8.4.8 固定分段,以等焊接。 Fix the block for welding8.4.9 艏立体分段的安装精度要求 : Fore tridimensional block installation accuracy demands中心线偏差 (上下) <3mm Center line deviation (up and down) <3mm 甲板左右水平± 5mm Deck right and left level de

48、mensional block installation8.5.1 将分段吊上船台,根据具体船舶分段划分图要求,需要割除的余量,应当切割完毕。Lift the block on the slipway and cut the allowance which need to be cut according to the block division plan文件号: QB/JMS-01H1313-09船坞(台)大合拢搭载工艺版改号:A / 0页 次 : 10 /148.5.2 吊线锤使分段中间定位肋骨线、尾端点、舵杆中心分别对准船台上的相应标记,分段 前后位置,定位肋骨线、舵杆中心线与尾端点的
49、位置相矛盾时,一般以舵杆中心线为定 位依据。 Plumb bob make the frame line in the middle of block 、 the end point and rudderstock center aim at the mark on the slipway separately. Whenf ront and back position of block、 locating frame line and rudderstock conflict with the endpoint ,generally use the rudderstock center li
50、ne as the locating basis.8.5.3 吊线锤 ( 或激光经纬仪 ) 使分段中心线对准内底上的船体中心线。 Plumb bob (or laser theodolite)make the block center line aim at the hull center line of inner bottom.8.5.4 用水平软管 ( 或激光经纬仪 )校验基线,轴中心线高度,使之与高度标杆上相应的高度 相符合,分段的纵倾度与基线坡度相一致。 Plumb bob(or laser theodolite)tests the base line and make it as
51、same as the height pole and make the block trim as same as the base line gradient.8.5.5 用水平软管 ( 或激光经纬仪 ) 校验艉端点高度,使之与高度标杆上的尾端点高相符合; 也可以用钢卷尺根据线型图上尾端点距基线的垂直距离直接量取,但读数要考虑因基线 坡度而修正的数值。高度定位时,当尾端点、轴中心线与基线高度相矛盾时,一般以轴 中心线高度为定位依据,其余作参考。 Use level hose (or laser theodolite)to test the height of fore head point
52、 and make it as same as the height pole. We can also use the steel tap to measure the vertical distance between end point and the base line in the body line plan directly. But the revised number due to the base line gradient should be considered. When locating the height, if the end point and axis c
53、enter line conflict with the base line height ,usually use the axis center line as locating basis and the others are used as reference.8.5.6 用水平软管在甲板面上校验分段的横向状态,使之左右保持水平。 Use the level hose on the deck level to test block's transverse condition and keep it in balance.8.5.7 割除余量,并与相邻分段对接, 但要放焊接收缩
54、余量 35mm。Cut off the allowance and connect it with adjacent block, but it need to leave welding shrinkage allowance 35mm.8.5.8 固定分段,以等焊接。 Fix the block for welding8.5.9 艉立体分段的安装精度要求 : Aft tridimensional block installation demands中心线偏差 (上下) <3mm center line deviation (up and down)文件号: QB/JMS-01H131

56、em center line and slipway center line deviation <5mm8.6 舱壁平面分段的安装 :bulkhead level block installation8.6.1 将分段吊上船台。 Lift the block to the slipway8.6.2 使舱壁下缘对准底部(或甲板、平台)分段上的中心线。 Maket he bulkhead lower aim at the center line on the bottom(or deck、plate)8.6.3 吊线锤使舱壁中心线对准底部(或甲板、平台)分段上的中心线。 The plumb
57、 bob makes the bulkhead center line aim at the center line on the bottom(or deck、plate)8.6.4 使舱壁与基线面垂直,并用线锤或斜度样板检验。 Make bulkhead and base line level be vertical and test with plumb bob or slope model.8.6.5 用水平管校验舱壁上的水线,使之保持水平。 Use horizontal pipe to test water line on the bulkhead and keep it in ba
58、lance.8.6.6 用水平管确定舱壁上的水线位置,使之与标杆上要求的水线高度相一致。 Use horizontal pipe to determine the water line position on the bulkhead ,m maket he water line height fit the height of pole.8.6.7 上述位置的高度差即为余量,在舱壁上划出并割除。Above mentioned position'sheight differences are allowance; line out and cut off them on the bul
