1、枯草芽抱杆菌菌株Czkl挥发性物质的抑菌活性及其组分分打开文本图片集摘要:【目的】明确橡胶树内生枯草芽抱杆菌菌株Czkl挥发性物质的抑菌活性及其组分, 为橡胶树病害的生物防治提供参考。【方法】以橡胶树红根病菌GP010为指示菌,分别以5 种不同培养基LB、TSB-YE. TSB、NB和PDA为营养来源,利用双皿对扣法和菌丝生长速 率法评定不同营养条件下Czkl挥发性物质对病原菌的作用活性强弱,筛选产抑菌挥发性物 质的最优培养基;通过双皿对扣法测走Czkl挥发性物质对橡胶树5种根病菌(红根病菌、 褐根病菌、白根病菌、紫根病菌和臭根病菌)和橡胶树炭疽病菌的抑菌活性,并利用頂空固 相微萃取一气相色谱
2、一质谱法(HS-SPME-GC-MS )鉴走Czkl的挥发性物质组分。【结果】 在LB培养基中,Czkl在不同浓度下的抑菌活性均优于其他培养基,是Czkl产抑菌挥发性 物质的最优培养基。Czkl挥发性物质对6种参试病原菌均表现出良好的抑制作用,Czkl 菌液浓度为105 CFU/mL时抑制率均在50.00%以上,Czkl菌液浓度为108 CFU/mL时抑 制率在90.00%以上Czkl挥发性物质可抑制紫根病菌、炭疽病菌和臭根病菌色素的产生, 促迸褐根病菌产生色素,并导致紫根病菌、褐根病菌和炭疽病菌菌丝生长畸形;其对橡胶树 炭疽病菌抱子萌发抑制率为71.30%;其在土壌中对橡胶树红根病菌和褐根病
3、菌仍具有较好 的抑菌效果,抑制率分别为63.37嚇54.57%。利用HS-SPME-GC-MS对Czkl所产挥 发性物质组分进行分析,共分离鉴走获得包括碳氢化合物、胺类、醇类、烯类、酚类、酯类、毗嗪类、醛类、酮类及其他类等33种挥发性物质。【结论】Czkl所产挥发性物质可作为生 防资源应用于橡胶树病害防治。关键词:枯草芽电杆菌;橡胶树根病;挥发性物质;抑菌活性中图分类号:S476文献标志码:A文章编号:2095-1191 ( 2019 )11-2465-10Antifugal effect and comp on ents analysis of volatile organic compo

Method With Ganoderma pseudoferreum GP010 as the indicator bacteria and five media ( LB , TSB-YE z TSB , NB and PDA ) as nutrition source , the two-sealed-base-plates method and hyphagrowth rate method were used to detect the activity of
8、Czkl volatile organic compounds and to screen the optimum medium of produce antifun gal volatile orga nic compounds under different nutrient conditions. The antifungal activity of Czkl volatile organic compounds against five kinds root pathogens ( G pseudoferreum , Phellinus noxius , Rigidoprus lign
9、osus f Helicobasidium compactum r Sphaerostilbe repens ) and Colletotrichum gloeosporiodes of rubber trees was determined by the two-sealed-base-plates method The volatile compounds from Czkl were identified by headspace solid-phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (HS-SPME-GC-MS

Result Antifungal activity of Czkl on LB medium was better than other media LB was the optimal medium for Czkl producing antifungal volatile organic compounds Czkl volatile compounds showed high inhibitory effects on six pathogenic fungal. When the concentration of bacteria was 105 CFU/mL r the
11、inhibitory rate was above 50.00% r and when the concentration was 108 CFU/mL f the inhibitory rate reached up to more than 90.00%. Czkl volatile compounds could inhibit the production of H compactum , P. noxius , S repens and C. gloeosporiodes pathogen pigment, which led to hypha malformation of H.
12、compactum r R noxius and C gloeosporiodes. Its inhibition rate on the spore germination of C gloeosporioides was as high as 71.30% , and it still had good antifungal activity against G pseudoferreum and R noxius in soil # with the inhibition rates as 63.37% and 54.57% , respectively.
