10、本结构如（图1）。螺杆的螺槽、机壳内腔（气缸8）和星轮齿顶面构成工作容积。运转时，动力传到螺杆轴5上，由螺杆带动星轮旋转。气体由吸气腔7进入螺槽内，经压缩后通过气缸上的排气孔口3由排气腔6排出。机壳上开有喷液孔，将油、水或制冷液喷入工作容积内，起密封、冷却和润滑作用。螺杆通常有6个螺槽，每个星轮齿将它分隔成上、下两个空间，各自实现压缩机的工作过程。由于有两个星轮，因此单螺杆压缩机相当于一台六缸双作用的活塞式压缩机。现以螺杆上一个螺槽为例，说明压缩机的工作过程。(1)、吸气过程螺杆螺槽在星轮齿尚未啮入前与吸气腔相通，处于吸气状态。当螺杆转到一定位置，星轮齿将螺槽封闭，此时吸气过程结束。(2)、压
