12、fthegoodsandshallhavealsotherighttolodgeaclaimforcompensation.11 不可抗力(ForceMajeure):11.1 合同任何一方因不可抗力事件不能履行合同的全部或部分义务时，不承担任何责任。Non-performancebyapartyisexcusedifthatpartyprovesthatthenon-performancewasdueto“ForceMajeure”11.2 本合同所称不可抗力事件是指合同双方在订立合同时不能预见、对其发生和后果不能避免并不能克服的事件，如战争、火灾、地震、政策变化等。“ForceMajeur

15、dentoccursforconfirmationbytheotherparty.12 仲裁(Arbitration):一切因本合同而发生的或与本合同有关的争议均应提交北京中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会，并根据该会的仲裁规则进行仲裁，该仲裁的裁决为终局裁决，对双方均有约束力。本合同一切争议的解决按照中国法”AnydisputearisingfromorinconnectionwiththisContractshallbesubmittedtoChinaInternationalEconomicandTradeArbitrationCommissioninBeijingforarbitrationw

16、hichshallbeconductedinaccordancewiththeCommissionrulesineffectatthetimeofapplyingforarbitration.Thearbitralawardisfinalandbindinguponbothparties.AlldisputesofthecontractshouldbesolvedaccordingtoChineselaw.13其它(Miscellaneous):(备选条款forchoice)如果由买方提供商标和包装设计方案，买方应在装船期前60天将经确认的设计样本及其他相关材料的最后确认以快件寄送卖方。如发生
