1、斯堪尼亚柴油发电机组维修保养柴油机使用保养注意事项F6L912柴油机的使用、调整、维护保养和主要零部件的结构与拆装方法在其使用保养说明书中都有阐述,本文仅就实际维修中,说明书中没有提及以及需强调的几点作如下介绍。(1)按说明书介绍, F6L912风冷柴油机使用的冷却活塞用的机油喷嘴是长的,但实际拆栓过程中,发现北内厂生产的 F6L912型风冷柴油机使用的机油冷却喷嘴是短的。在机器装配前应疏通喷油嘴孔,保证机油喷到活塞 上,降低活塞的温度,保证机器正常运转。(2)因产轴承盖与机体上主轴承座是经主轴承螺栓按拧紧要求拧紧后,组合加工的。二者之间用定位套定位,因此主轴承盖不能随意换装,也不能装反,以免

2、影响主轴承瓦与轴径的配合间隙,破坏润滑油膜的形成。(3)注意检查缸盖“鼻梁区”是否开裂,应及时查明原因,是散热片不及时清洁灰尘,长时间超负荷,还是供油时间不正确,风扇冷却效果不好,还是其他原因,以免造成机器的损伤。(4)缸盖螺栓,连杆螺栓、平衡块螺栓、主轴承螺栓都属于重要的部件的螺栓,均属高强度螺栓,在安装时不要装弹簧垫片和止推垫片,大修期要检查缸盖螺栓和拉伸变形,缸盖螺栓原始长度211±0.5mm,使用后变长到212.5mm就有能再用,应换新的,拧紧螺栓进尽量采用六个面的套筒板手拧紧,不要用十二个面的,因其强度较差,易滑转,连杆螺栓原则上是最好只用一次。(5)如南非磨削主轴径,应拆

3、卸配重块才能进行,在拆卸配重块时,需标记配重块的序号及方向,以免装错,破坏曲轴的平衡,而且平衡块螺栓在拆下后应当换新螺栓安装。(6)油环衬簧安装时要把接口搭接牢固,应使其两端反向扭曲再搭接到位,且使接口和油环开口呈180º角的位置安放。(7)在拆检过程中,发现有发动机进排气门导管上未安装气门杆密封圈,结果造成机油损耗增加,发动机冒蓝烟,在装配过程中,一定要在气门导管上安装耐油耐温的丙烯酸胶橡胶气杆密封圈。(8)在F6L912型风冷发动机的排气门上安装有气门旋转机构,在安装有气门旋转机构,在安装时切勿安错,通过这一装置使气门工作时缓慢旋转,在密封锥面上产生轻微磨擦,有自洁作用,防止沉积

4、物的形成,减轻不均匀磨损,使气门头部沿圆周温度均匀,减小气门变形的可能性,同时气门导管内的润滑情况也能得到改善。(9) F6L912柴油机的气门弹簧是变螺距的,安装时密圈的一端放在下部,如果装反,增振趋势会加大,会增加气门导管的磨损。(10)在喷油泵齿轮上有两种标记:“·”和“:”,在 F6L912发动机安装时,应当把“·”标记与惰轮“··”对正。(11)进排气间隙与135等其它系列发动机间隙不一致,标准间隙为0.15mm。(12)在推杆护管的上下部连接处采用圆断面的橡胶圈密封,上部采用的是黑色或绿色的氟橡胶或氯橡胶圈,其耐温性能为-40ºC2

5、60ºC,而下部则采用粉红色的硅橡胶密封圈,其耐温性能为-20ºC+150ºC,在安装下部弹簧时需用专门的安装工具,如果没有专用工具,可以用0.6-0.8mm左右的细铁丝瘵事先穿在护管上且压缩好的弹簧绑好,待导管和油封安装正确,紧固完缸盖后,再将铁丝取出,弹簧即自动压紧油封,实践证明,这种做法效果很好。(13)在拆卸缸盖螺栓时,每个缸盖有两个栓用普通17mm的套筒无法拆卸,因为孔小套筒大,可以采用市售的17mm的套筒,用车床去外圆1mm左右,即可伸入缸盖是部拆卸螺栓。(14)曲轴皮带轮前端的锁紧螺栓为左旋(说明书未注),无锁片,在拆卸时须弄清旋向,以免“越卸越紧”

6、。(15)说明书在介绍凸轮轴时,未能指出凸轮轴只是有第一轴径(靠近正齿轮室端)有轴瓦,其余各轴径由于有存油道,没有凸轮轴瓦。(16)在更换分离轴径时,可用东风汽车分离轴承360111去代替,而且效果良好。(17)抽出喷油器总成时,如没有专用工具可做如下的工具,在工具的一端车出内螺纹与喷油器螺纹相配,中间焊有610mm×400mm的圆钢,把650mm×100mm的圆钢中间钻610.5mm的孔,然后套在610mm圆钢上,最后在610mm圆钢的另一端焊上50mm×10mm的大平垫,通过650mm圆钢移动撞击的惯性,即呆取出喷油器。(18)说明书上未介绍气门导管的拆卸方法
