6、 hopper1150#3KW11-3 设备处理流程equipment processing procedures带标签PET瓶体由输送机输送进入脱标机，该设备利用高速旋转刀片将瓶体标签剥离，剥离标签后的瓶体进入平面输送带，利用人工挑选出未分离标签的瓶体重新处理，完全剥离标签后的瓶体则由爬坡输送带输送进入粉碎机，粉碎后的瓶体物料呈片状，简称瓶片。瓶片通过螺旋抽料机输送进入漂洗水槽，瓶片通过水槽初步清洗后由螺旋抽料机输送进入高温锅，瓶片在高温锅内高温蒸煮，使瓶片表面的残留胶水或其它难溶难降解的物质与瓶片脱离。瓶片再由螺旋抽料机输送进入摩擦洗料机，该设备高速旋转，瓶片互相摩擦作用，使其表面粘附的杂

7、质与其分离（杂质由设备底部排水排污斗收集）。摩擦清洗后瓶片依次进入两台串联漂洗水槽充分清洗，最后进入立式脱水机，高速离心作用使瓶片脱水，再由风机吹送进入储料斗。The PET bottles with labels are conveyed into the label remover by conveyors. This equipment remove the labels from the bottles by using high-speed rotating blades. The bottles without the labels will be conveyed to the

8、conveyor belt, while some of bottles with labels will be selected by hand. All of the bottles without the labels will be conveyed from the conveyor belt to the crusher. All the bottles are cut into pieces, which are called bottles flakes. The bottle flakes will be conveyed to the rinsing sink by Spi

9、ral conveyor. After washed by the rinsing washer, the bottle flakes will be sent into the Hot boiler by Spiral conveyor. The bottle flakes are steamed in the hot boiler, which remove the glue remnants and hardly degradable and slightly soluble materials from the bottle flakes. Then the bottle flakes

10、 are sent from the Spiral conveyor to the friction washer. It is an equipment that is rotating at a high speed, which leads to the mutual friction among the bottle flakes. As a result, the adhesive substance can be totally removed from the the bottle flakes, (the waste will be collected by the Sewag

11、e bucket). Later, the bottle flakes will be sent to 2 rinsing sinks in series one by one for washing, and finally sent to the vertical dehydrator, the high-speed centrifugation will dehydrate the bottle flakes which will be sent to the storage hopper by the blower.二：流水线相关设备详细说明 Elaborate instruction

No tilt o

23、r swing of the equipment should be assured.B. 接通设备电源电路。注意电源电压规格，保护开关规格，以及其他保护装置是否连接正确。 B. Switch on the equipment. Pay attention to the voltage specification, and protect the specification of the switch, and notice whether other protectors are correctly connected.C. 查看轴承中润滑黄油是否足量，若量不足请加注。 C. Check w

24、hether the lubricating grease of the bearing is sufficient in quantity. If it is not, please fuel up.2.设备调试 Equipment debugging A. 检查设备各部分有无异常（紧固件是否紧固，带面有无裂纹无异物，皮带张紧程度）。轴承润滑黄油是否足量。减速机加注工业润滑油（建议牌号：中国大陆标准GB N-460;国际标准：Vu-460）A. Check if there is something wrong with the equipment (whether the fastener

25、 is fastened, whether there is crack or foreign matters on the surface of the belt, and check the tension degree of the belt) . And check whether the lubricating grease is sufficient or not. The reducer should be oiled with industrial lubricant. (the recommended brand is GB N-460 According to Chines

26、e standard, and Vu-460 according to international standard.).B. 设备各部分查看确认正常后，点动电源开关确认电机的正反转：如反转，则需交换引入电源线与电机接线端的任意两相。After the confirmation of every component of the equipment, plug in the equipment and check the positive-negative rotating of the motor. If it rotates inversely, you should

27、exchange the power wire and the two phases of motor terminals.C. 设备空载连续运行，观察设备运行状态。确认设备有无异常：是否有较大频率振动，是否存在异常响动，电机工作是否稳定。当有任何异常请立即切断电源检修。C. The equipment keeps operating with no-load, you must observe the operating conditions. You must check whether the equipment is normal, whether there is vibration

28、 of higher frequency, abnormal sound, and the stability of operating motor. If you find anything abnormal, you must cut off the power and repair it immediately. D. 设备负载运转（保证空载运行无异常后）。启动电源，待设备运行稳定后（先空转2-3分钟）。向进料斗投注物料，投料时应该保持物料输入量稳定均匀，尽量避免杂物进入。观察设备运行状态是否正常. The equipment is operated with full loa

30、r the operating conditions are normal or not. 四：设备使用注意事项 Notes about equipment operation 1. 操作注意事项：operating notice A. 开机前对设备整体检查，结构有无异常，电源电路连接是否正常， 润滑黄油是否足量，皮带表面有无裂纹，跑偏误差是否在合理范围。A. Check the equipment before you turn it on, find out if there is something wrong with the structure, and whether the po

31、wering circuit is normally connected, whether the lubricating grease is sufficient or not, whether there are cracks on the surface of the belt, whether the deviation error is within the reasonable range. B. 开机后空载运行2-3分钟，观察设备运行状态有无异常，投加物料要均匀稳定，禁止物料中杂夹有金属等其他硬质异物，以免割伤皮带。（实时查看减速机润滑油油量及油温）The equipment k

32、eeps operating with no-load for 2-3 minutes after you turn it on , you must observe the working conditions and check if there is something wrong with it, and put the materials into the feeding hopper. Other foreign matters like metal materials or hard substance are dangerous for they may do damage t

(Observe the lubricated grease and temperature of the retarder from time to time)C. 关机前待皮带上物料完全输送完成后（停止投加物料2-3分钟）再断电停机，保持皮带上无残留物料。After all the materials are totally conveyed, (stop feeding the materials into the hopper for 2-3 minutes) you can switch the machine off. And make sure that

34、no remaining materials are on the belt. 2.安全注意事项：security tips：A. 运行过程中，严禁攀爬和跨越输送带，严禁用手触碰皮带及其它运行机构。 A. When its working, Dont climb and cross the conveyor, or touch the belt and other components with your hand.B . 出现任何异常，请立即切断电源。任何异常检修应参照故障及排除方法进行。若有重大故障请致电厂家。B. If something abnormal occurs, please

If something wrong occurs, please turn off the equipment and repair it. 2、设备轴承座每4-6天加注润滑黄油一次，以免轴承损坏。（视工作强度用户自行查看确认） You must fill the bearing with lubricated butter once every 4-6 days.otherwise, the bearing may be damaged. 37、an check it according to the labor intensity) 3、定期检查皮带有无割伤和裂纹。 You must check whether there are cuts or cracks on the belt at regular intervals. 4. 定期检查减速机润滑油是否足量，保证润滑油为安全值范围。 Check whether the lubricated grease of the reducer is sufficient or not, and make sure that the lubricated oil is within the

38、 range of security value. 5. 电机做好防水措施，以免短路损坏电机。Keep the electric motor waterproof, otherwise the electric motor will be damaged because of short circuit. 6、请保持设备清洁程度，长期使用应做好防锈工作。（外观喷涂油漆） Keep the equipment clean, and prevent it from rust for long term use. (paint the equipment on the surface) 7. 做好5
