8、entation to the customer and for site planning.1OverviewThe presence of transcoding rate, adaption, and radio transmission capacity in the BTS, meaning the needed BTS equipment is present, is reflected by the value "equipped" of the status attribute "equipped status"."HR Fle

9、xibility" introduces the possibility of defining the speech-coding rate at the TRE and TRX level. Full Rate TREs are treated before Dual Rate TREs. If a TRE is added to a cell split on two BTSs, the TRX attribute is set to "main" or "secondary", depending on where the TRE is

10、 added.The scenario uses configuration management rules specific to the Alcatel 1353-RA OMC-R.In order to create a required configuration, it is possible to add more than one TRE.The following case applies:C1:TRE allocation mode:on demand.Note:The default TRE allocation mode is automatic mode.The me

11、thod takes into account two options (O1, O2. The default is a BTS without frequency hopping where the frequency for the new TRE is known and the TRE remains in traffic after the operation. O1:BTS with frequency hopping system declaredO2:New TRE does not have a frequency allocated and after the opera
