13、责制定活动实施方案，督促各班“小手拉大手，共建新家园” 活动计划的落实，指导各班开展活动，将活动落实到实处。副组长曹德林协助组长协调各部门统一行动，负责信息沟通，充分发挥“小手拉大手”的作用，让家长积极参与到活动中来。组员刘宗合负责物资保障，分配好各班清扫的区域。组员王庆焕负责宣传报道、负责宣传栏、黑板报及时出版专刊，做好师生的宣传、动员工作，活动总结工作。三、活动内容1、“小手拉大手，共建新家园”活动时间安排。“小手拉大手，共建新家园”活动时间从2013年10月12日开始至2014年2月24日。分为三阶段完成：第一阶段：2013年10月11日，“小手拉大手，共建新家园”的活动启动仪式。通过倡

14、议书、家长代表发言、学生代表发言、领导讲话、签名仪式等形式，全面启动“小手拉大手，共建新家园”活动。第二阶段：2013年10月14日，各班积极组织召开“小手拉大手，共建新家园”主题班会，并制定出本班的宣传口号。第三阶段：2013年10月15日起，开展“小手拉大手，共建新家园”活动，养成好的习惯并长期坚持下去，形成个个主动维护环境卫生的良好局面。2、 加强行为规范教育，增强学生卫生意识。通过思想品德课、班会、队会等形式，加强对学生的日常行为规范教育和环境保护教育，教育学生自学维护好身边的环境卫生，从小事做起，从自我做起，养成良好的卫生习惯。3、 组织学生在校园周边进行环境卫生整治活动，各班每周坚

15、持组织学生对学校周边环境卫生进行一次彻底整治。 4、“小手拉大手，共建新家园”宣传标语及口号。为了使人人争当文明行为宣传员，从我做起，以自己的行为带动身边的人，形成人人自觉参与卫生整治工作；为了使人人争当环境卫生监督员，每一位公民都要认真履行维护环境卫生的职责，对损害环境卫生的行为进行劝导、制止，形成人人关心环卫、人人参与环卫、人人支持环卫的浓厚氛围，个个主动维护环境卫生的良好局面。我校制定了以下六条标语，并让每一位学生牢记心中。 标语1、“卫生都来搞，明天会更好”。标语2、“废纸不落地，心灵更美丽”。标语3、“爱护绿色家园 争做环保卫士”。标语4、“从我做起，带动全家，拉动社会”。标语5、“

17、明和谐的氛围。2、开展“成长伙伴共文明”体验实践活动。结合两制工作，以学生成长伙伴小组为单位开展活动。学生确定一个文明行为和学习习惯的目标，自觉履行；在校内由同学互相提醒，互相帮助；在家由父母督促努力做个文明学生。3、开展“我是文明宣传员”活动。以“我给家长上堂课”由学生把老师宣讲的生态建设、城市拆迁、环境污染等常识讲给家长听，指出父母不足之处，向父母提出建议，提升家庭成员文明素质。4、开展“全家共谱文明曲”活动，以家庭为单位，创编文明礼仪歌曲，选取好的作品向家长、社会、宣传，传唱。5、签订家庭文明公约。以家庭为单位，制定家庭文明公约。父母承诺“在家做个好父母，在单位做个好职工，在社会做个好公
