德明技术学院财政税务系教师研究成果评量办法

1、德明技術學院財政稅務系教師研究成果評量辦法中華民國 九十六年一月十一 日系教評會審議 第一條 (主旨) 為評量教師研究成果，作為教師升等及考核之依據，特依本校教師升等審查辦法第三條訂定德明技術學院財政稅務系教師研究成果評量辦法(以下簡稱本辦法)。本辦法未規定事項，悉依本校教師升等辦法、本校教師升等辦法施行細則、本校財金學群(院)教師升等辦法及本系教師升等辦法規定辦理之。第二條 (研究著作評分標準) 評量範圍為教師五年內之研究著作，研究著作之評分共分為五級： 一、A級：發表收錄於SSCI及SCI之期刊論文且影響係數0.4以上、國科 會認定之A級期刊，或本系自訂的A級期刊(如附件一)，評分50分。

2、 二、B級：發表收錄於TSSCI、非A級的SSCI及SCI之期刊論文，或國科 會認定之B、C級期刊，或本系自訂的B級期刊(如附件一)，評分40 分。 三、C級：發表於有匿名評審制度之期刊，或專書上之學術論文，評分20 分。 四、D級：發表於有匿名評審制度學術研討會之學術論文，國科會計畫案、 政府及相關機構委託之產學合作案、或單件金額超過三十萬元之產學 合作案之結案報告，評分15分。 五、E級：發表於其他研討會或專業期刊之學術論文，以及其他產學合作 案之結案報告，評分10分。 援用收錄於SSCI、SCI及TSSCI之期刊目錄，得為評量年度回溯五年之任一年度資料。該著作若有共同作者，其分數計算公式

3、為2/(N+1)乘以單獨發表之評分，其中N為該著作作者總人數。 同一著作若重複發表於不同等級，僅能擇優計分，不得重覆計算。同一著作若在兩次不同等級升等申請時被納入計算(例如，升副教授時以會議論文計，但文章修改後刊登於A級期刊，且被用來申請升等教授)，則第二次的分數只能取差額。 評量範圍期間教師懷孕生產者，得延長至七年內之研究著作，但應檢附相關證明文件。第三條 (技術報告評分標準) 教師以技術報告為代表著作申請升等，研究自我評量總分一律以80分計算。第四條 (著作送審規定) 申請升等教師應提出一篇代表著作，及兩篇以上參考著作，並依下列規定辦理： 一、教師申請以專門著作升等者，須於向各直屬教評會提

4、出申請前，在國 內外知名學術或專業刊物發表，或被接受且出具證明將定期發表，或 經出版公開發行者。 二、申請升等教師之代表著作，若與他人合著者，需註明申請者在該著作 之貢獻，且合著者均放棄以該著作申請升等之權利，並由合著者簽名 證明之。升等教師並需附單一作者相關著作。 三、升等代表著作不可為前一級升等時曾提出之研究著作；若代表作與之 前的研究著作有相關，則必須以書面說明升等代表著作與之前研究著 作之差異。 四、以技術報告送審者應符合教育部頒專科以上學校教師資格審定辦法 之規定。第五條 (以研究著作申請升等分級標準) 以研究著作申請升等教授者，代表作應為B級以上著作為原則，且C級以上著作總分應達5

5、5分以上。 以研究著作申請升等副教授者，代表作應為C級以上著作，且C級以上著作總分應達45分以上。 以研究著作申請升等助理教授者，代表作應為C級以上著作，且C級以上著作總分應達35分以上。第六條 (升等基本條件) 擬提著作升等之教師，須依本辦法規定，填寫教師升等研究自評表 (如附件二)，成績應達70以上。總分超過100分，以100分計算。第七條 (其他升等基本條件) 本系擬提著作升等之教師，得依代表著作所屬領域之本校他系研究成果評量辦法規定提出評量。第八條 本辦法經系教評會審議，經校外專家學者三人之審查，逐級提交院、校教評會進行審議通過後施行，修正時亦同。附件一：本系自訂各級期刊A 級期刊編號
