1、Fairchild公司的大功率LED镇流器采用谐振半桥转换器FSFR2100和PFC控制器FAN7529,通用输入电压90-265Vrms,总输出功率200W,提供六个恒流直流输出,每个容量为0.7A/48V.也可改变为0.35A/96V.本文首先介绍了FAN7529和FSFR2100的主要特性,方框图,典型应用电路.接着介绍了200W LED镇流器电源解决方案的详细电路图和所用材料清单(BOM).The FAN7529 is an active power factor correction (PFC) controller for boost PFC applications that o

2、perates in critical conduction mode (CRM). It uses the voltage modePWM that compares an internal ramp signal with the error amplifier output to generate MOSFET turn-off signal. Because the voltage-mode CRM PFC controller does not need rectified AC line voltage information, it saves the power loss of

3、 the input voltage sensing network necessary for the current-mode CRM PFC controller.FAN7529 provides many protection functions, such as over-voltage protection, open-feedback protection, overcurrent protection, and under-voltage lockout protection.The FAN7529 can be disabled if the INV pin voltage

4、is lower than 0.45V and the operating current decreases to 65A. Offering everything necessary to build a reliable and robust resonant converter, the FSFR

7、-series simplifies designs and improves productivity, while improving performance. The FSFR-series combines power MOSFETs with fast-recovery type body diodes, a high-side gate-drive circuit, an accurate current controlled oscillator, frequency limit circuit, soft-start, and built-in protection funct

8、ions. The high-side gate-drive circuit has a common-mode noise cancellation capability, which guarantees stable operation with excellent noise immunity. The fast-recovery body diode of the MOSFETs improves reliability against abnormal operation conditions, while minimizing the effect of the reverse

9、recovery. Using the zero-voltage-switching (ZVS) technique dramatically reduces the switching losses and significantly improves efficiency.
