10、dard".Passenger compartme nt materials / comp orients shall completely fulfill the applicable requireme ms specified in national regulations, especially 571.302 (USA). CMVSS 302 (Canada! and TRIAS 48 1993 (Japan). if these parts are intended for export to countries in which fulfilling these reg

11、ulations is legally required3.2 Validity of requirementsThe following minimum requirements shall be met by all passenger compartment materials / components (see section 2). If only one individual value of a random sample does not meet the requirements, this wiH be sufficient reason for rejecting the

12、 entire shipment.3.3 Mandatory documentationSections in table 1 marked with a documentation bar (I"" ) are subject to mandstory documentation if the TL number is also marked with a bar in the drawing or if a corresp on ding TLD number appears in the drawing. Documentation shall be kept on

13、file for 10 years3.4 AammabilitySee table 1. Testing shall be conducted with unaged material and material aged acc. to PV 3904. Test results of aged material are noi subject to mandatory documentation. Test results of parts with a length < 100 mm are also ool subject to mandatory documentation. F

14、or these parts testing with sheet material can be agreed upon; the test sheet thicknoss should be the same as the minimum wall thickness of the finished part.Table 1. 16、 acc. to DIN 75 200.Specimens shall be removed in the material direction which has the highest burn rate. The material surface which is nearest to the passenger compartment airspace shall be face down.Except for a specimen width of < 51 mm, the use of support wires is only permissible if preliminary tests show that the specimens bend or roll up during exposure to flame and then burn irregularly because their combustion is no lon
