Main generator and main switchboard 1.1 General 总则The water resistance shall be as test load in principle (power factor=1.0). The instrumentinstalledin switchboard shall be u

6、sed for recording test data. The testapparatususing in interruptingsimulate test of switch shall be provided bymanufactory. The test shall be done mainly by manufactory and the shipyard shall cooperate with them.原则上利用水电阻作为试验负荷(功率因数 =1),以配电板上配备的仪表,作为记录试验数据用,以制造商自带的测试仪器做开关的分断模拟试验,以制造商为主,船厂配合。1.2 Runni

7、ng test运行试验The generator shall run in the following condition continuously and the various parameters shall be recorded.发电机在下列工况下连续运行,并记录各项参数。Load: 25% of rated power 15min50% of rated power 15min 75% of rated power 30min 100% of rated power 120min 110% of rated power 30 minThe each part temperature

8、 of generator shall be measured by thermometer during test. The each part of generator should not exist exceptional temperature hoist.试验用温度表测试发电机各部分的温度,发电机各部件不应存在异常温升。1.3 Voltage characteristic test电压特性试验The voltage and frequency should be rated value when generator running with full load state. The

9、n the load shall be changed in the following order. The voltage of generator shall be measured in every state.发电机在全负载状态下,其电压和频率应为额定值。然后,其负载按以下顺序变化,在每一种状态下,测量发电机的电压。100% - 75% - 50% - 25% - 0% - 25% - 50% - 75% - 100%The voltage of generator should be adjusted automatically during load change. The di

10、fferential value between voltage of every point and rated value should not less than 2.5% of rated voltage.当负载变化时,发电机电压应能自动调整,每一点的电压与其额定值之差值应不少于额定电压的2.5%。1.4 Speed change test速度变化试验After generator running in full load or empty load for 15 minutes at least, then the load shall be changed in the follo

11、wing order. The voltage change scope shall be recorded.发电机在全负荷或在空载状态下运转至少15分钟后,其负荷按下述顺序进行变化,此时,记录电压变化范围。0%-50% 50%-100% 100%-0%In general, the instantaneous voltage should not less than 85% of rated voltage or not exceed 120%of rated voltage. The voltage should come back to +-3% of rated value less

13、erential value between actual active power taken on by each generator and theoretic calculation value should not exceed +-15% of rated active power.当负荷在单机总功率约20%100地围内变化时,任意二台发电机并联运行时,每台发电机应承担50%勺负载,各发电机的实际承担有功功率,与其应承担负荷的计算值之差,不应超过额 定有功功率的15%Load transfer test without power cutshall be done as follo

14、ws. Two generators havebeen parallel running in power net. The third generator shall be paralleled running in power net, then unload the load of random generator of the two running in power net until it stop. The load shall be transferred to the third generator.不停电转移负荷试验,把第三台发电机并上电网(此时电网上已有二台并联运行的发电

15、机),然后卸去电网上二台中的任一台发电机的负荷,直至任一台停机,它的负荷平稳的转移到第三台发电机。1.6 Insulation resistance measure绝缘电阻测定The insulation resistance value shall be measured in the following points with 500V ohmmeter before and after fever heat test of generator, the value should not less than 1 M Q.发电机在进行发热试验前后,用500V MQ表在下述各点之间测量绝缘电阻

22、 and passage shall be lighted up. The DC 24V emergency lighting shall be gone out when generator comes back. 当主发电机、停泊发电机均失电时,应急蓄电池 24V自动 放电,即各逃生口、通道处的24V应急照明自动燃亮;当发电机恢复供电时,24V应急照明自动熄灭。1.13 Interlock test between main generator and harbor generator主发电机与停泊发电机连锁试验2. The test parameters such as current and voltage of motor and insulation resistance shall be recorded during test. The wire connection, motor turning, rotat

Measure the insulation resistance of each insulation part to earth by means of a 500V megger (electric apparatus connected can be disconnected).把主配电板、 电力、 照明分电箱内的开关或隔离开关分断,用500伏兆欧表测量所有绝缘极对地之间绝缘电阻(可将电气用具分断)。7.5 Measure and record the insulation resistance in hot state of every

33、 branch circuit of power and lighting distribution panel (not include motor and control device and small electric heater).测量并记录电力和照明分电箱各分支线路的热态绝缘电阻(不包括电动机和控制设备、小型电热器等)。8. Lighting 照明设备8.2 Check the installing completeness of lamps and accessories in all spares and the correctness of terminal mark on

34、 the basis of the lighting system drawing. And they should be in good condition.按系统图检查所有部位的灯具、属具、电热设备安装的完整性及接线端标记的正确性,它们应处于良好的工作状态。8.3 Service test效用试验精彩文档实用标准文案Supply the power and make sure that light and electric heater work well.通电后确认所有灯具及电热器工作良好。9. 36、tarting and operating current under the actual service condition.在实际运行状态下,测量并记录电动机的启动电流、工作电流。9.4 Check the reliability of interlock device, signal, alarm equipment and safetyprotection of each control equipment.检查各控制设备中的连锁装置,信号报警装置及安全保护工作的可靠性。9.5 satisfactory operation of remote start and stop funct

Navigation light 航行灯10.2 Check the installation of the navigation light according to the drawing.按系统图检查
