2、开发和运行 维护中，对验证协议实现的正确性及保证不同厂商所开发设备的互连互通方面起着重要作 用。中国移动研究院终端测试中心前期对终端/芯片厂商gsm协议一致性进行了摸底测试， 本次测试选取了 6()个gsm协议一致性测试例进行测试(测试例列表详见附录)。1.2. gsm协议一致性测试标准> 3gpp ts34.123:user equipment (ue) conformance specification; part l protocol conformance specification：> yd/t1780-2008：2ghz td-scdma数字蜂窝称动通信网终端设备协议一
