运用英语歌曲辅助英语语法教学

1、    运用英语歌曲辅助英语语法教学    罗燕摘  要：无论是发展学生的英语综合语言运用能力，还是迎接高考改革新的挑战，教师都应该重视英语语法的教学。然而，语法学习是枯燥无味的。本文提出了教师在英语教学过程中合理的用英语歌曲来辅助教学，并列举了一些具体适合教学目的的歌曲。关键词：英语语法的教学;英语歌曲;辅助教学;适合教学目的一、英语语法教学的重要性以及学生学习语法的现状学习英語不学好语法就比如学习唱歌不懂歌谱。学好语言规则是认知语言的需要，是取得技能的需要，是取得技能阶段的基本训练。高中英语课程标准明确指出，“高中英语课程的总目标是使学生在

2、义务教育阶段英语学习的基础上，进一步发展综合语言运用能力。”只有学好了语法，才能在交际中做到不假思索脱口而出，才能提高学生综合运用语言的能力。学生学习英语的目的不单是口头交际，而要在全面培养听说读写的同时，侧重培养阅读理解能力和写作能力。扎实的语法知识是英语阅读的前提，语法知识更是英语写作技巧的关键。高考试题的改革也提醒了我们只有打好语法这一基本功，才能适应高考的新形式，迎接新的挑战。因此，教师不能淡化语法教学，而要高度重视语法教学。二、巧妙使用英语歌曲辅助语法教学高中英语课程标准中提出积极开发和合理利用课程资源是英语课程实施的重要组成部分。英语课程资源包括英语教材以及有利于发展学生综合语言运

3、用能力的其它所有学习材料和辅助设施。在英语教学过程中合理的用英语歌曲来辅助教学，对优化教学情景，激发学生学习的积极性，提高教学效果，有很好的作用。（一）英语歌曲作为教学资源的优势首先，英语歌曲丰富多彩，语言优美，动听，选择余地大，而且容易获得。第二，从感性认识到理性认识，这是人们获得知识的普遍规律。将英语歌引入教学中正符合从感知到理解的认识规律。第三，它可融英语语言学习与娱乐为一体。普遍学生都喜欢唱歌，唱英语歌能调动英语学习者的学习兴趣，还可缓解学习时的紧张气氛，可以使学生的学习在积极主动轻松愉快的过程中完成。（二）运用歌曲要适度课堂上运用歌曲的数量不要过多，防止把英语课变为音乐课。教师可用一

4、些学生容易听懂的歌曲引入一节新的语法课，把歌词中部分与目标语言相关的词语删除，让学生边听边填词，在教师的提示下自我发现并关注目标语言的形式和用法，同时也在一开始给同学们营造一种轻松和谐的学习环境。例如：我曾经上过一节语法公开课，目标语法知识是宾语从句和表语从句，我先让学生听一首优美的英语歌曲“should it matter”i look at you/please don't walk away/i see _ about to/there is just something i'd really like to say/so please don't  &

8、学生能听懂和写出空缺的单词，从而激发了学生的自信心，同时学生对本节课要学的内容产生了好奇心，其中反应较快的同学已经注意到填入的词用的都是一些连词或者一个跟在谓语动词后面的句子，为下一步的学习做好了铺垫。整个过程顺畅，自然，学生情绪愉悦，达到了引入的目的。教师也可以在语法知识的归纳讲解完后再用英语歌曲给学生进行操练与巩固，一旦记不准，只需将歌唱一遍，就会准确无误，从而激发了学生的自信心和继续学习语法的兴趣。（三）選择歌曲要根据教学目的来确定英语歌曲资源很丰富，但这些资源都是为大众娱乐所用，不一定都适合具体的英语课堂教学。教师选择歌曲要根据教学目的来确定，应结合教学内容和歌曲内容，设计问题让学生思

9、考或讨论，应能起到介绍和引入新句型，或者操练巩固的作用。运用歌曲辅助句型教学，使之与句型教学互相补充，互相促进，两者密切结合。1.用歌曲教时态例如：同时含有现在时、过去时、完成时的歌曲可选用george strait - i saw god today，在这首歌的歌词中含有以下与目标语法有关的句子：1）i know he's here  （现在时）2）just walked down the street to the coffee shop （过去时）3）i've been to church     （现在完成时）（2）含有较多完成时

10、的歌曲可使用we are the champions，在这首歌的歌词中含有以下与目标语法有关的句子：1） i've paid my dues2） i've done my sentence3） i've made a few bad mistakes（3）含有较多现在完成进行时的歌曲可使用way back into love，在这首歌的歌词中含有以下与目标语法有关的句子：1） i have been living with a shadow overhead2） i have been sleeping with a cloud above my bed3） i hav
