12、ilding development co., ltd1.2. 成都国金中心项目工程概况成都国金中心项目工程概况1.2 summarization of the chengdu fortune plaza本工程项目是一项位于四川省成都市甲级多用途发展计划的建筑群,项目范围近似长方形并由主要道路所包围,其西面是红星路,东面是北纱帽街,南面是江南馆路。此项目包括四座塔楼(两座商业塔楼、一座公寓大楼、一座酒店及服务式公寓大楼)以及相连的裙楼。每座塔楼约 50 层,裙楼 8 层高,此标段为五标段。this project a grade a development located in chengdu
13、 city, sichuan province, prc.the site is mostly reectangular and is bounderd by principle roads on the west hng xing lu , east bei sha mao jie and south jang nan guan lu. this project comprises of 4 towers (2 commercial towers, 1 residential apartment and 1 hotel and serviced apactment ) with interl

18、erature , earthquake for impuse in curtain wall. all the safely factor conform to national standards.1.4.2 造型美观注重细部原则 1.4.2 beatiful sharp and wonderful details细节决定成败。我们以建筑图及幕墙招标图为基础进行深化和优化,重视原有的立面效果,力求造型美观、搭配协调、色彩和谐,最大程度地实现建筑师的设计理念;施工工艺考虑通过先进的设备加工、组装而成,所有的接头、拼缝、交接部位等均具有较高的工艺观赏性,充分展现了机械创造的美感。细部节点精巧,

20、筑的环保节能影响极大。在本工程中,我公司从选材、确定幕墙形式、结构、保温隔热设计等多方面进行了详细、周密的研究和设计,严格按照国家现行节能设计规范的相关要求,确保交付业主一个环保与节能的幕墙。as the out protect construction, the model curtain wall make a very important effect in energy-conservation and environment-protection of buiding. in the protect, from the material,the style or constructi
21、on or temperature saving and heat separation our company to carry on carefully investigate and conside, strictly follow the national standard.1.4.4 可拆卸更换、维修方便原则 1.4.4 easy to maintenance or change and removeable幕墙的某个局部受损、更新时,其拆卸与更换能否实现或方便与否,都直接关系到幕墙的功能能否得到保持。因此我们设计的幕墙就要求在使用过程中可以拆卸与更换,并且要很方便,且不能影响幕墙的
