Pre-reading: Activity 1: Purpose : lead in the topic and prepare some basic information of the novel Time : 2 mins Method : ask questions an

Watch a short video about the novel and answer what they are doing While-reading Activity 1 Part 1 The Stoiy of Frankenstein Purpose: fast re

Read part 1 by yourself and then finish the following tasks. Activity 2 Part 2 Extract from Frankenstein Purpose: fast reading to get main idea for
9、each paragraph Time: 5 mins Method:listen and finish the match Instnjctions: At the beginning of the story, Frankenstein discovers the secret of how to create life. Can you imagine how does he feel? After discovering the secret, Frankenstein wants to try it out and lets 3 come to part 2 to know more
10、 Read part 2 by yourself and then match the paragraphs with main ideas.
