Firstly, it is very important for us to take more fruits and vegetables because they provide vitamins, and we have to keep a balanced diet. So we should avoid food which is ric

3、h in sugar and fat. Secondly, wed better exercise every day to make our bodies strong. Besides we have to avoid too much work pressure.
