1、标准文案回弹法测混凝土强度适用范围回弹法适用于一般建筑工程中普通混凝土抗压检测,检测 结果可作为处理混凝土质量问题的依据。不适用于表层与内部 质量明显差异或内部存在缺陷的混凝土结构的检测 抽样方法及样本大小规定1、相同的生产工艺条件下,混凝土强度等级相同,原材料、 配合比、成型工艺、养护条件和龄期相同的构件,按批进 行检测,抽检数量不得少于同批构件总数的 30%且构件数 量不得少于10个。抽检构件数量不得少于标准规定的最小 样本容量。抽取构件时,抽取具有一定代表性的构件,有 关方面应协商一致。冬脈那建筑结构抽样检验的小样本容量检测批容 量检测类别和拝本最小容量检测批容量检测类别和样本最小容量A

3、每一个构件测区数不少于10个;对某一方 向尺寸小于4.5m且另一方向尺寸小于0.3m的构件,其测 区数量可适当减少,但不应少于 5个。3、相邻两测区应控制在2m以内,测区离构件边缘距离不宜大 于0.5m且不宜小于0.2m。4、测区面积不宜大于0.04 m2o5、测区应尽量选在使回弹仪处于水平方向检测混凝土的侧面。当不能满足这一要求时,可使回弹仪处于非水平方向 检测混凝土的浇筑侧面、表面或底面。6、测区宜选在构件的两个对称可测面上,也可选在一个可测 面上,且应分布均匀。在构件的重要部位及薄弱部位,必 须布置测区,并应避开预埋件;7、检测面应为混凝土表面,并应清洁、平整、不应有疏松层、 浮浆、油垢

4、及蜂窝、麻面,必要时可用砂轮清楚疏松层和 杂物,且不应有残留的粉末或碎屑;8对弹击时产生颤动的薄壁或小构件应进行固定。三、实验仪器检定1、回弹仪在工程检测前后进行率定试验,在洛氏硬度HRC为60 2的钢砧上,回弹仪的率定值为 80 2。2、回弹仪使用时环境温度应在-4+40 C之间。3、回弹仪累计弹击次数超过2000次是应常规保养,超过6000 次时应送检。四、回弹检测1、测点布置,测点在测区范围内均匀分布,相邻两测点的净距 一般不小于2cm测点距构建边缘或外露钢筋和预埋件的距 离一般不小于3cm测点不应在气孔或外露石子上,2、检测时回弹仪的轴线应始终垂直于混凝土检测面,缓慢施压,准确读数,快

5、速复位。同一测点只允许弹击 1次。3、每一测区应取16个回弹值,读书估读至1。4、回弹值测量完毕后应选择不少于构件的 30%测区数在有代 表性的位置测量碳化深度,取其平均值为该构件每测区的碳 化深度值。当碳化深度值极差大于2mn时,应在每一测区测 量碳化深度值。五、碳化深度测量1、用合适的工具在测区表面形成直径约 15mm勺孔洞,其深度 大于混凝土的碳化深度。2、除净孔洞中的碎屑和粉末,不得用水冲洗。3、立即用浓度为1%的酚酞酒精溶液滴在孔洞内壁的边缘处。4、用深度测量工具测量碳化和未碳化的交界处到表面的垂直 距离3次,读数精确到0.5mm取平均值为碳化深度值。六、回弹值计算1、从16个回弹值

6、中剔除3个最大值和3个最小值,余下10个回弹值取品均值,精确到0.1.若回弹仪非水平检测时,应按 R=Ra +Ra修正;Ra为检测平均回弹值,Raa为修正值(JGJ/T23-2011附录C)2、水平方向检测混混凝土浇筑面或浇筑底面时应按下修正:R=Rt m+ Rt a R=Rb m+ Rb aRt m为表面测区平均回弹值 Rb m为底面测区平均回弹值Rt m为表面测区平均修正值 Rb m为底面测区平均修正值(修正值JGJ/T23-2011附录D)3、当回弹仪非水平且非侧面时应先角度修正,再浇筑面修正七、确定测强曲线及测强曲线换算1、非泵送混凝土测强曲线,测区强度按附录A换算;泵送混凝土测强曲线

7、,测区强度按附录 B换算; 适用条件:混凝土采用的材料符合国家现行有关标准; 采用普通成型工艺;模板符合国家标准规定;蒸汽养护 出池经自然养护7d以上,且混凝土表层为干燥状态;自然养护且龄期为(141000)d;抗压强度为(1060) MPa 测区混凝土强度换算表所依据的统一测强曲线,其强度 误差值应符合平均相对误差不应大于士 15%相对标准差 不应大于18% 不适用统一测强曲线条件:混凝土非泵送粗骨料最大粒 径大于60mm泵送粗骨料最大粒径大于31.5mm特种成 型工艺制作;检测部位曲率半径小于250mm潮湿或浸水 混凝土。2、地区和专用测强曲线 地区测强曲线平均相对误差不应大于士 14%相

8、对标准差 不应大于17% 专用测强曲线平均相对误差不应大于士 12%相对标准差 不应大于14%八、混凝土强度计算1、构件的测区混凝土强度换算值,根据求得的平均回弹值及平 均碳化深度值由附录A、B查表或计算得出;当有地区或专 用测强曲线时,混凝土强度的换算值宜按地区强度曲线或专 用测强曲线计算或查表得出。2、构件的测区混凝土强度平均值应根据各测区的混凝土强度 换算值计算。3、当测区数为10个及以上时,还应计算强度标准差。4、构件的现龄期混凝土强度推定值A、当构件测区数小于10个时,构件的先龄期混凝土强度推 定值等于构件中最小的测区混凝土强度换算值。B、当构件测区强度值中出现小于10MPa时,构件
