1、护士节青春爱岗敬业演讲稿:洁白的荷花一天使的心尊敬的领导、亲爱的同事们:大家好您喜欢洁白的荷花吗?荷花,被赋予了仙子般的灵性,浊世中不随波逐流,默默地奉献着自己的圣洁,无私地释 放着自己的芬芳。今天,我演讲的题目是:洁白的荷花一一天使的心!我们的职业被人们尊称为 白衣天使”,还在我刚刚受到医学的启蒙教育时,我的老师曾说,你选择了这一行,就选择了奉献。假如我当时还不太明白这奉献”二字的深刻含义的话,那么,从我第一次进病房起,白色的燕尾帽一戴,白大褂一穿,我才明白这天使称号的 背后有多少人在无私的奉献;从我的亲身经历中,我才真切地感到我们的工作中是多么的苦 和累!打针、发药、铺床、输液,在苦中感受

2、着呵护生命的快乐;交班、接班、白天、黑夜,在累中把握着生命轮回的航舵。在医院特有的气味中,我们走过了清纯的少女年代;从血染的伤口边,我们走过了炙热的青春年华;在白色蒙蒙的氛围中,我们用一颗真诚的心来丈量无数个夜晚的漫长;在亲人的期待和焦怨声中,我们把自己奉献给了一个个身患疾苦的病 人记得一次值晚班时,一对夫妻外伤后前来就诊,妻子腹痛得厉害。求医心切的丈夫要求给 妻子打止痛针,可在预诊时我发现这个病人面色苍白,仔细询问病史和初步体查后,发现 左上腹皮肤青紫,血压偏低,判定是脾破裂内出血,在通知医生前,立即把病人送入抢救 室,迅速抽血合血,建立静脉通道,输入平衡盐液。可病人家属不但不听医嘱,反而指

3、着 我的鼻子破口大骂:我只要你打一针止痛就回家,而你却是小病大医,谁要你这个小护士来管东管西?”旁边的其他病人的家属实在看不过去,似乎在说:这种人管他干啥,反正后果他自己负责,签个字让他走不就行了。”可是,想到病人即将可能发生的危险,看看自己身上的白大衣,我任眼泪流湿了让我憋闷得慌的口罩,继续抢救病人。后经b超检查,证实了我的判断,而且需要马上手术。由于发现及时,抗休克措施得力,手术第二天病人就脱 离了危险。虽然,事后这位男子非常自责,专程前来道歉,他一连串对不起”声中,我相对无语,泪水流湿了我的衣襟,是委屈、误解,激动还是崇高,神圣还是伟天,总之,各 种情感轰击着我的心灵,从病人来时的愁容满

4、脸,走时的眉开笑意中,我找到了自己的价 值,我看到了护士的价值,我们整天做的是一件件小事,但从一件件小事过后,我体会到 了平凡中的伟大,选择了这一行,我无怨无悔!岁岁年年多少事,迎来送往何其多。有人算过,一个晚上,上班的护士全部走下来的路就 有四五十里之多,那么,一年、十年、二十年中呢?中国有举世闻名的丝绸之路,长征之路,登极之路,我们脚下的路能与之媲美吗?我想回答是肯定的。因为这条路同样用热爱、执着、奉献和牺牲刻写着里程和路标 !曾有一件这样真实的事情:有一个胆道结石的病人,他是一位书法爱好者,手术后咳嗽而 导致伤口疼痛得厉害,做了超声雾化效果不佳。这样的病人单纯依靠医疗手段是不够的。 于是

5、我将病人扶起来,轻轻给他拍背,然后又用双手捂在伤口两边并向中间托起,以减轻 腹压,同时鼓励病人咳出了脓痰。几个回合下来,病人咳嗽就明显好转了,取得了较好的 疗效。病人出院后给我送来了一幅他亲自作的的书法作品。在装裱得非常精美的轴面上这 样写道 : “人间清品如荷极 ”。他把我们医护人员比作洁白的荷花,他说 : “你们穿着洁白的衣 服,戴着洁白的帽子,真象一朵朵洁白的荷花,有出淤泥而不染的高洁,和那濯清涟而不 妖的清纯。与人但求有益,与地不争肥田,即便是生于淤泥沼泽,也固守着碧玉般的纯净 ,释放着自己的芬芳。 ”这幅作品被我慎重地挂在家里显眼的位置,那天夜里,我作了一个 美梦:梦见自已真的变成了
