2、二课、第三课分别介绍：感恩节及圣诞节。本课能让孩子们有一个开阔眼界、提高英语学习兴趣的作用，能让孩子们知道西方的节日是那样的。二、学生分析analysis of students.本单元教学设计的学习者是小学六年级的学生。他们都来自农村，从三年级开始学习英语，有着良好的学习英语的兴趣。具有一定的听、说、读、写的能力。他们喜欢表演英语对话和英语歌曲。但是随着知识加深，知识量的扩大，渐渐地出现了两极分化的现象，成绩稍次的学生对英语没有那么多的兴趣了，因此需要老师尽量让课堂丰富多彩，吸引学生的注意力。本节课是第二课时，从第一节课反馈效果来看：学生能够区别单复数，会说this/that is a/an

3、 these /those are以及句子的否定形式。从作业反馈效果来看：学生能够运用此句型了，相信第二课时的学习应该能掌握。学生对本课的学习比较难的是：如何灵活运用is thisthatit a . ?来提问，他们的复数又该怎么提问，能不能自己编一个chant. 还有课文中有两个比较长的句子，如何能熟读并了解意思。以及对课文的掌握程度如何。三、教学目标teaching aims:language goals: key words: pumpkin clown ghost jack-o-lantern witchdevil bat target language: is thisthatit
