Antenna coupler191. GeneralIn general, the mooring of all electric equipment should be carried out according
11、to CB/T 4000-2005_china shipbuilding quality standard(CSQS).All measuring instruments must be approbated by a metering division. Before test check the correctness of installation and the correctness wire of the electric equipment. All equipment (motor, starter, cables etc.) to be megger-tested befor
12、e any tests are carried out and the insulation resistance values of megger readings to be record.二、系泊试验2. Generators2.1. 主发电机参数#1和#3主发电机型号Auxpac 645W 4L20 SET 额定功率806KVA额定电压450V功率因数0.8频率60Hz温升F绝缘等级F转速900rpm带防冷凝加热器数量两台#2主发电机型号Auxpac 875W 6L20 SET 额定功率1094KVA额定电压450V功率因数0.8频率60Hz温升F绝缘等级F转速900rpm带防冷凝加热
13、器数量一台2.2. Automatic alarm and safety stop device of main diesel generatorAutomatic alarm and safety stop device of main diesel generator plant shall be submitted for acceptance before test 2.3. Insulation resistance testBefore and after run test, to use 500V megger to measure the insulation between
14、main generator and main switchboard. Value of insulation resistance should more than 1MW.When measure insulation resistance, shut off electronic units or electronic circuit.2.4. 18、 the load be changed in the range from 25% to 100% of total output. The difference between active power load which each generator undertakes actually and shared value should be less than 15% of rating proportion of each sets by total load to be met the requirements of the rules and regulations. 各发电机

21、voltage, frequency, current, power of each generators,诸如:电压,电流,频率,输出功率等。试验结果记入表格:A1-06。2.6. Load sharing and shifting test2.6.1. Between each two generatorsOne generator shall be set at about 80% of rated load, at the rated voltage, frequency and another generator shall be set at no load, then the l
22、oad shall be shifted to the unloaded generator step by step. During the load shifting, it shall be ascertained above mentioned load shifting is carried out reliably.2.6.2. Between three generatorsEach two generators shall be set at about 60% of one generators rated load, at the rated voltage, freque
23、ncy. The third generator shall be set at no load, and to be connected to main bus bar after parallel running anyone of two previous running generator shall shifts the load to another two generators, and then itself shall be decreased to no load. During the load shifting, it shall be ascertained abov
24、e mentioned load shifting is carried out reliably.试验结果记入表格:A1-07。3. 主配电板 3.1. 功能检查3.1.1. 检查配电系统对地绝缘电阻,绝缘电阻值应不小于1兆欧;试验结果记入表格:A2-01。3.1.2. 检查主配电板内联锁电路,其联锁功能应可靠;- 检查主发电机主开关与应急发电机供电开关联锁的正确性;- 检查主发电机主开关与岸电开关联锁的正确性;- 检查主发电机主开关与发电机空间加热器电路联锁的正确性;试验结果记入表格:A2-02。3.1.3. 检查主配电板各供电回路的正确性;试验结果记入表格:A2-03。3.1.4. 检查
25、主配电板内应急切断电路功能的正确性;如下:- ES1类应急切断-机舱油泵应急停止按钮安装在驾驶室, 机舱入口,消防控制站, 切断下列设备: No.1,2主滑油泵 艉管滑油泵 油渣泵 燃油输送泵 No.3电力分电箱 No.4电力分电箱 锅炉 主机伺服油泵 焚烧炉 柴油输送泵 滑油输送泵 汽缸油输送泵 No.2 应急电力分电箱 主机气缸注油单元- ES2类应急切断-机舱风机应急停止按钮安装在驾驶室, 机舱入口,消防控制站, 切断下列设备: No. 1,2,3机舱风机 No. 4机舱风机 (可逆) 电工间空调单元 机修间空调单元 No.1,2主机辅助鼓风机 油头试验间风机 分油机室风机 集控室空调单
26、元- ES4 应急切断-舱室风机 应急停止按钮安装在驾驶室, 消防控制站,切断下列设备: No.7 电力分电箱 首部电力分电箱 驾驶室空调装置 厨房用空调装置 空调单元控制器 22P电力分电箱(AC220V舱室小风机) 应急发电机室送风机 CO2室风机- ES5类应急切断-厨房设备应急停止按钮安装在厨房门外。 No.8 电力分电箱 厨房用空调装置 厨房风机试验结果记入表格:A2-04。3.1.5. 检查主配电板内各测试仪表指示的正确性;试验结果记入表格:A2-05。3.1.6. 检查主配电板向外部发出报警信号的正确性。试验结果记入表格:A2-06。3.2. The test of the ma
27、in generators protection3.2.1. long time trip test of ACBTo check the setting value of ACB over-current, delay time and the correctness of tripping.3.2.2. 空气断路(ACB)的短延时试验检测当ACB过流时,过电流整定值、短延时脱扣及报警的正确性。3.2.3. Reverse power testTo check the correctness of acting of reverse power relay by simulation met
28、hod.3.2.4. Low voltage trip testTo check the correctness of low voltage protection of MSB, while voltage of generator being dropping down.试验结果记入表格:A2-07。3.3. Pre-alarm test of generator overloadingTo check the indication on MSB, while the load of generator being up to 90% of rated value of it and pr
29、e-alarm signal for overload of generator sent out from MSB.3.4. Preference trip test试验结果记入表格:A2-08。3.5. 试验结果记入表格:A2-08。3.6.When the load of generator is up to 95% of setting valve, and duration for 10s to 15s long, the preference trip for some MCCB of non-important load should be acting and to unloa
30、d them.试验结果记入表格:A2-09。4. Automatic power station4.1. Auto starting of standby diesel generator and to be automatically connected to bus bar testWhen bus-bar of MSB lost voltage, it is means a running generator in failure, the standby diesel generator should be started at once and to be feed power to
31、 bus bar in 30s automatically.试验结果记入表格:A3-01。4.2. Auto starting of standby diesel generator and to be automatically connected to bus bar, and adjust the net frequency and load testWhen the load of single running generator is more than 90% of the setting value, to send out a command to auto start sta
32、nd by diesel generator and auto connect to net, and adjust the net frequency and load to make two generators parallel running.When the load of two running generator is more than 70% of the setting value, to send out a command to auto start stand by diesel generator and auto connect to net, and adjus
33、t the net frequency and load to make three generators parallel running.试验结果记入表格:A3-02。Auto cut-off of 试验结果记入表格:A3-02。4.3. redundant generator setWhen the load of three running diesel generator is less than 40% of total generator power, to auto shift the load and to uninstall the later parallel runni

Heavy load inquire functionTo check the functions of heavy load inquire as bellowing:Before starting of heavy load, to check the inquire signal from heavy load;To check the response of PMS and standby D/G set starting and feed to net automatically, if it is necessary;To check the correctne
37、ss of the heavy load.5. 试验结果记入表格:A3-05。Main switchboard5.1. The function test of main switchboard5.1.1. To measure the insulation of distribution system. Its value of insulation resistance should more than 1MW.5.1.2. To check functions of lock circuits in MSB with the simulated service test, it shou
38、ld be correct and reliable.Lock function between ACB of main generator and MCCB feeding to ESB;Lock function between ACB of main generator and MCCB of shore power;Lock function between ACB of main generator and space heater of generator.5.1.3. check the correctness of emergency stop in main switchbo

Automatic alarm and safety stop device of emergency diesel generatorAutomatic alarm and safety stop device of emergency diesel generator plant shall be submitted for acceptance before test.6.1.2. Insulation resistance testThe s
45、ame as main diesel generator Insulation resistance test. 试验结果记入表格:A4-01。6.1.3. Auto start test of emergency generatorStart diesel generator set in cold state with battery continuously not less than 3 times and start fail alarm.The change over switch is breakout. Emergency generator starts automatica
46、lly, emergency generator air circuit breaker turns on automatically, and emergency generator supply power to the network. The whole course is not more than 45 seconds.试验结果记入表格:A4-02。6.1.4. Start test with the secondary power source.试验结果记入表格:A4-03。6.1.5. To check alarm function of emergency generator
47、 set.试验结果记入表格:A4-04。6.1.6. 应急发电机静态电压调整率试验当发电机负载自满载到空载,再由空载到满载的范围内变化时(功率因数=0.8),柴油发电机的静态电压调整率应不超过额定电压的3.5%。应急发电机组:负载率变化: 100% 75% 50% 25% 0% 25% 50% 75% 100%发电机功率: 144kW 108kW 72kW 36kW 0 36kW 72kW 108kW 144kW 在进行上述试验时,发电机的功率因数应保持在额定值,0.8。试验结果记入表格:A4-05。6.1.7. 应急发电机瞬态电压调整率试验与主发电机组相关条款内容相同。试验结果记入表格:A4

Its value of insulation resistance should more than 1MW.To check functions of lock circuits in ESB, it should be correct and reliable.Lock function
50、 between ACB of emergency generator and MCCB fed from MSB;Lock function between ACB of emergency generator and space heater of generator.To check the correctness of function of emergency shutdown circuit in ESBTo check the correctness of signals sent out from ESB6.2.2. The insulation resistance shall more than 1M.Voltage & current of primary & secondary side of transformer shall be measured under actual service.试验结果记入表格:A5。8. Auxiliaries motor and control

Insulation resistance of each motor and controlling equipment shall be measured for recording in cold and hot state and

Running testStarting and operating current and voltage shall be measured for recording under the actual service condition.Reliability of interlock device, signal, alarm equipment and safety protection each control equipment shall be inspected.Satisfactory
