26、shows) may incur a cancellation fee of one night accommodation unless otherwise specified at the time of booking. 客人抵达酒店24小时之内的取消预定或者客人的没有入住预定的房间，苏州宜必思酒店有权收取一晚的房费作为补偿。除非在预定时有特殊的约定。- Ordinarily, no guarantee is required if the guest is arriving before 6pm. However, if the guest is arriving after 6pm

27、a guarantee, normally credit card, is required to hold the room.通常情况下，客人在下午六点前抵店不需要提供担保。但如果客人是在下午六点以后到店，需以信用卡担保方式确保房间的预订，以便酒店预留房间。- During busy periods, Ibis Hotel Suzhou may also require a guarantee, normally credit card, to secure the reservation. Please inquire at the time of reservation and take

29、ned by a third party and managed by Accor or by an Accor Affiliate; or (c) franchised by Accor or an Accor Affiliate to a third party. The Accor Hotels from which a business failing within paragraph (a) is operated are referred to as “Owned Hotels” and the Accor Hotels from which a business falling

30、within paragraph (b) and (c) is operated are referred to as “Agent Hotels”. The Company acknowledges that Accor has entered into this Agreement in its own right in respect of Owned Hotels and as agent of the owner of the business being carried on Agent Hotels and agrees that Accor has no liability f

31、or obligations required to be performed by Agent Hotels. Accor may advise the Company of any Accor Hotels that it wishes to have removed from this Agreement from time to time by giving the Company not less than 7 days notice in writing. Upon expiration of such notice period, Schedule 1 will be deeme

32、d to have been amended accordingly. Where an Accor Hotel is removed from Schedule 1 and/or is no longer an Owned Hotel or an Agent Hotel, Accor will have no further liability to the Company in respect of that Accor Hotel.贵公司了解雅高介入经营管理的酒店类型主要包括：（a）由雅高集团或其隶属机构自有或租用的酒店；（b）第三方业主所有，由雅高集团或其隶属机构管理的酒店； （c）雅

33、高集团或其隶属机构给第三方特许经营的酒店。（a）条中的酒店定义为“雅高自有酒店”，（b）条和（c）条中的雅高酒店定义为“雅高代管酒店”。公司需了解雅高是以“雅高自有酒店”拥有权人和“雅高代管酒店”实际拥有人的代理人的身份和贵公司签署的合约，天津雅高酒店管理有限公司仅对合同内涉及的服务和价格负有责任。如有雅高酒店期望解除本合约中约定的责任义务，雅高集团会提前七个工作日内以书面形式通知贵公司。此通知到达后，表1 将被视为已进行相应的修改。对于已解除表1中责任义务的雅高酒店，以及不再属于雅高集团旗下的“雅高自有酒店”或者“雅高代管酒店”，雅高集团不再负有相关责任义务。- Accor reserves
