17、6.2 FUNCTION TEST 功能测试功能测试 6.2.1Pump startup 启泵 Open the valve in the suction and discharging line of the pump to let the liquid fill in the pump and vent the air. 打开泵进出口的阀门，使流体进入泵内以排出空气 Startup the pump through the local panel to confirm the pump is started. 在就地盘启动泵 Stop the pump, then start it thr

18、ough the remote control, make sure the pump is started. 停泵，然后再远程控制盘启动泵 Measure and record the starting current of the motor. 记录启动电流 6.2.2Running test 运行测试 Startup the pump, close the valve in the discharging line of pump slowly until get the operating pressure. 启动泵，然后缓慢打开泵出口阀门，当出口压力达到最大操作压力后将出口阀门 打到

19、全开。 The pumps should be run continually for 2 hours at least. 连续运行泵最少两个小时 Check leakage of mechanical seal and lube oil seal. 检查机械密封和滑油密封 Record the performance parameters as follow every 30mins. 每三十分钟记录一次以下运行参数 1)Measure and record the noise of the pump (75-90dB). If the difference between environm
