Equivalent forced outage rate 0.08%, 0.16% reduction over the same period a year earlier. Carried out in spring and autumn of security inspections, flood control and inspection, safety production month, day supervision of production safety and the Olympic Games and other保洁服务招标要求保洁服务招标要求(一)保洁范围及内容1.保洁范围(我院的保洁范围)合川区人民医院院内所有道路、广场、花园、花坛、绿地;门诊大楼;住院大楼;物管中心及设备器材部办公楼;供应洗浆楼;多功能厅;科技楼学术厅;感染科办公楼及感染病区楼;学员楼;急救中心内所有区域。2.保洁内容(1)负责清洁保洁范围内所有场所的地面、楼顶天台、门窗、门框、玻璃、窗台、墙壁、走廊、天花板、楼梯及扶手、医院标识牌、开关插座、电梯间、办公室及办公设备、电风扇、病房所有设施、运送垃圾等等;保证地面无污迹、无杂物、做到窗明几净、天花板无蜘蛛网、无卫生死角,保证所有通道干净、畅通无积水(注意防滑工作),保证医院环境清洁、空气清新。(2)随时清理医院周围排水沟的垃圾,保持排水畅通,减少蚊子滋生;随时对医院周围下水道等喷洒消毒水进行消毒。(3)每周一次对天花板、墙壁瓷砖进行清洁,并清理蜘蛛网等。(4)每周对广场地面、公共院坝进行一次大清洗。(5)清洗玻璃外窗1-2次/季度。(6)负责洗手间所有设施的清洁和疏通厕所等工作,保证无臭味、无尿垢;保持洗手盆及坐厕清洁明亮;厕所地面干净无积水及防滑工作。(7)遵守医院各项规章制度,对重点科室如麻醉手术室、ICU、普通病房等科室医疗设备等的清洁要在医务人员指导下进行。(8)负责学员楼的学员管理、清洁卫生、浴室、开水房等工作。(9)收取医疗废物;医疗垃圾和生活垃圾的分类收集、焚烧与清运服务。(10)完成医院安排的指令性工作,如突击大扫除、灾后清洁等。(11) 每天定时负责对病室床头柜、床单元进行擦拭整理。(12)协助护士对科室物品、设施、设备进行清洁(各类、车轮检查、清洁、上油、打气)。(13)每天负责处置室各种浸泡桶的清洗,及时清除室内医疗及生活垃圾等。3、保洁人员岗位安排情况由投标公司根据医院科室各科室的需要进行合理安排(具体安排由投标公司以现场勘察为准),满足医院各科室的需要。(二)基本要求1.投标公司必须符合国家医院管理相关考核标准,要求按正规化、规范化管理和人员配备;有完善的质量保障机制;拥有一套先进的保洁设备(如:外墙清洁设备、清洁车、吸尘器等),有一套完整的医院保洁运作方法和严格的操作规程,使服务工作达标。2.保洁员:女性不超过50岁,男性不超过55岁,身体健康、无残疾和传染病;入职体检(由合川区人民医院按照规定安排体检项目、中标公司负责费用)合格者方可上岗。3.保洁员要有良好的职业道德和服务态度,维护医院形象,对医务人员和就医者要以礼相待。节约水电,爱护医院一切公共财物,人为损坏要赔偿。4.要求不定期对保洁员进行培训,不断提高员工的素质。同时对保洁员工作进行月考核 ,提高工作质量。新进保洁员经培训、试用两周,考核合格后方可正式上岗。5. 保洁公司要根据医院各科室情况安排保洁员值日表,负责医院日常工作及夜班值日。保洁员岗位若需变动应提前一周告知医院(科室)负责人,并做好工作交接,不得有缺岗现象。6.重点抓好预防交叉感染工作。按照医院感染要求进行消毒隔离,保洁员要经常参加感染知识培训及学习基本的操作规程,不断提高对医院感染的认识。7. 医院要求24小时保洁。每天要保证有足够的保洁员为科室工作,服从临床科室工作安排,热情服务,不得恶意顶撞科室工作人员,不得有与病人及其家属发生冲突。不得有盗窃医院物资及其他人财物的现象。8.听从医院分管科室的规划性调配,完成医院安排的指令性工作。9.保洁公司要安排专门的管理人员,每天对医院进行查巡,经常与科室沟通,及时解决临床科室提出的问题。10.医院提供水电、夜间值班室,其他所有项目及费用由保洁公司承担。值班室不允许他人留宿,不得在工作场所及值班室煮饭、私拉乱接电线、使用电炉等。11.同一个岗位一年内不得频繁更换人员,医院不提供食宿。为了不影响临床工作,要求保洁员在6:00上班。12.遵守无烟医院的各项管理制度。(三)商务要求1.供应商营业执照上必须有保洁类的经营范围。2.现有从事二级及以上医疗单位2家保洁服务的合同复印件,同时提供原件备查。3.保洁人员的数量确定:本次招标院方需保洁人员78名,中标方必须根据采购人的工作要求进行安排,其实施方案必须得到采购人办公会的批准和确认。4.服务期限:一年5.最高限价6.本服务项目招标最高限价XXXXXXX元。另缴纳履约保证金XXXXX元整,合同期满七个工作日内无息退还。7.承包方式:包工包料8.报价报价包括劳务支出、管理费、各种社会保险、安全保险、劳保福利、住宿、清洁用具 (含扫把、撮箕、拖把、洗粉、医用及生活垃圾袋、清洁刷等)、各种材料、器械损耗、增加员工费用、入院体检费、节假日加班、中夜班费、税收等一切费用。9.服务质量接受采购人的监督,定期进行质量检查,连续两个月对服务质量方面存在的问题不能按时改进或保洁人员不服从医院及科室管理的,采购人有权解除合同。10.中标单位的工作人员在为采购人服务期间,因疾病、工伤、意外伤害、疾病传染、劳动保护、职业病等所产生的一切费用,均由中标单位自行负责。11.付款方式次月15日前按检查考核结果情况将上月应付款项支付给中标单位。主要介绍的是永磁直流电动机;首先简述了永磁电机、永磁直流电动机从产生到到逐步改善的发展过程,以及以此为基础的未来发展的趋势;activities, comprehensive and tamping Safety Foundation .
