Seller shall guarantee to supply good quality products that conform to this agreement and other pertinent industrial standards and specifications.1.2 如果卖方没有以书面形式对本协议的条文提出异议，那么买方可以认为卖方提供的产品完全符合本协议的要求，并完全理解本协议全部条款。若最终签订买卖合同，将以不低于本协议规定的技术要求，为买方设计、制造、检验、试验、包装、保管、运输供货范围内的产品。 If the Seller doesnt raise an objection to the clauses of this agreement in writing, it shall be deemed by the Buyer that the products supplied by the Seller completely conform to the requirement of this agreement, and Seller completely understand all clauses in this agreement. They are the closed type, with backward leaning blades. The impeller construction can be of welded or brazed construction. The welded construction can have separate or milled integral blades. The brazed impellers have blades milled integral to the cover. The majority of this thrust is counteracted by the center seal drum located between 1st section and 2nd section. The impeller thrust, not balanced by the balance piston, is absorbed by the thrust bearing. Rotor container will be used for packaging of rotor assembly. The container is vertically stand type and purged with nitrogen, rotor assembly will be placed in the rotor container and stored vertically. The container will be equipped with nitrogen charging kit. 8. 出厂技术文件及资料交付Technical Documents转子在出厂前将做跳动量检查、高速动平衡测试等一系列检查。所有这些测试的报告将提供给用户。用户将到工厂见证转子的高速动平衡测试，卖方将为用户一行五人安排东京市的酒店（5个房间，10晚），并提供接送机和酒店与工厂之间的车辆接送服务。以上酒店房费（房间基本费用，不含额外消费）及接送服务费用由卖方承担。Rotor will be performed run-out test, high speed balance test, etc. before shipping to customer. Test report for all these tests will be furnished to customer. Customer will eyewitness high speed balance test of the rotor. The Seller will book hotel rooms for customer (5 rooms for 10 nights) in Tokyo, and will arrange car pick up
