Unit7 How much are these socks?Section A 1a -2e 一. 本单元教材分析:1) 本单元主要学习使用How much 引导的问句以及回答;2) 学习一些表示颜色、形状、大小的形容词;3) 学习数词1030;4) 复习名词单复数的使用和指示代词this, that, these, those的用法。本单元以谈论服装为主题设计了两个活动:一是通过介绍服装学习一些常用的服装名词;二是通过介绍服装学习询问价格和颜色的句型:1 How much is this T-shirt? Its seven dollars.2 How much are these socks? Theyre two dollars.3 What color is it? It is red.4 What color are they? They are green.二. 教学目标:teaching aids: 1 Master the target language of talking about clothing, asking some price.2 Learn some English words of clothes, colors and adjectives.通过学习How much 引导的问句以及回答,让学生学会谈论物品的颜色和价格、对服装的喜好和购物时使用的礼貌用语等。三. 学情分析:本单元的主题是谈论服装,通过学习how much 和what color等引导的问句以及回答,教授学生如何询问价格和颜色;学会谈论对服装的喜好和如何购物等。同时引导学生采用repeating和cooperation的学习策略,学习一些新词汇,掌握一些重点句型,在小组活动学习过程中,培养他们的团队合作精神并学会感谢人。四. 重难点分析: Teaching key points and Difficult points: 1 How much is this Tshirt? Theyre two dollars.Difficult points: How to use “How much” question to ask about price.五. 教学过程: Step1 Revision1. Ask and answer some questions that we have learned before.Eg: Whats his last name?What color are these pencils?Is this your friend?Where is the backpack?Do you have a brother?Does your father like bananas?2. Check some Ss to pronounce the new words of section A and some colors and size referent to the pictures. Then write them on the right of the Bb. Step2 Presentation1 Ss try to do 1a. Then check the answers one by one.2 Ask a student with a picture like this:T: Whats this in English?S: Its a cap.T: How much is this cap?S: Its 5 dollars.Write the sentences on the Bb. Then show more pictures to them and ask questions to practice more. Ss answer together first, then single.3 Then ask a students like this:T: What are these in English?S: They are shorts.T: How much are these shorts?S: They are 25 dollars.Write the sentences on the Bb. Then show more pictures to them and ask questions to practice more. Ss answer together first, then single.Step3 Consolidation1 Ss listen to the tape and do 1b. Then check the answer. And then Ss repeat after the tape.2 Ss make phrases with the words about color and size like this:big cap red cap short T-shirt yellow T-shirt 3 Ss listen to the dialogues in 2a and 2b, then finish the tasks. Check the answers. Teacher asks questions like this:For 2a:T: Which cap does he like? T: Which pairs of shorts does he like?For 2b:T: How much is the blue cap? T: How much are the red shorts? (Ss ask and answer questions in pairs. Then repeat after the tape.)Step4 Practice1 Pair work: Ss do pair work like this:A: How much is this blue cap?B: Its $5.A: How much are these red shorts?B: They are $9.(While Ss practice, offer help if needed. Then ask several pairs to show in front of the class)2 If time needed, do several excercises.Step5 Summary1 Make a students say the importance we have learnt.2 Ss read grammar focus.
