Pep6 Unit2 My Favourite Season B.Lets talk教学设计执教:南昌市站前路教育集团 周姗姗【教材分析】本单元的话题主要是围绕四个季节展开,所学知识与学生的日常学习和生活息息相关,学生非常感兴趣。本节课是本单元的第五个课时,Lets try部分通过听音判断三幅图中哪一张是张鹏画的,Lets talk部分通过Amy和Miss White谈论Amy画的秋季风景画展开,由此延伸到各自最喜爱的季节以及喜欢的原因,是一节主题明确、内容丰富、富有趣味的对话课。学生在本单元前几个课时已学四季单词spring, summer, autumn, winter单词,和句型Which season do you like best? I like.best.以及简单描述喜欢该季节理由的句子。通过本课的学习,学生不仅能够进一步复习巩固以上所学知识,还可以通过图片和上下文理解新句子Why? Because I like summer vacation.的问答句型,并系统地了解四季的特征。【设计意图】五年级的学生已经具备了两年的英语学习基础, 对英语已经形成了较好的感知能力和良好的学习习惯。他们对学习英语能保持较大的好奇心和兴趣,乐于模仿,敢于表达。能在图片的帮助下听懂和读懂对话,进行角色表演、新编对话。将全班分成4小组,每组拥有一张四季底图的卡纸。课堂表现好、回答问题正确的同学可以为自己的小组赚取一枚与季节有关的贴纸,如花朵、雪人、绿树、泳圈等,最后比一比哪一组的四季最丰富多彩,并运用本课所学词句对各自最喜爱的季节进行问答描述。让学生整节课在合作与竞争中积极参与,乐于学习。开课本人请学生观看自己去欧洲旅游的照片,并借此介绍I like summer best because I like summer vacation.引出favourite season的话题。在新授环节中,本人设计采用思维导图的方式,先让孩子思考归纳“能从哪几个方面来描述季节”,并引导孩子从weather, things, clothes, activities and color等五方面描述并开展教学,不仅培养学生的思维能力,同时也让他们对四季有个系统的了解认识,在最后的拓展环节中能更好地运用所学表达自己最喜爱的季节。【教学目标】1知识目标:(1)复习巩固spring, summer, autumn, winter四季单词,go on a picnic, go swimming, pick apples,make a snowman等表示活动的词组。(2)复习巩固句型Which season do you like best? I like.best.询问并描述最喜爱的季节。(3)能够听说、理解并运用新句型Why? Because I like summer vacation.句型描述自己最喜爱的季节的原因。2能力目标:(1) 能够听懂、理解课文中的对话,并在教师的帮助下分角色朗读或表演对话。(2) 能够在实际生活中灵活运用本单元单词和句型描述喜爱的季节以及原因。(3) 能够在小组合作中设计并运用话题词、句介绍自己喜爱的季节。3情感目标:能够乐于参与活动、乐于探究学习,进一步提高学习英语的积极性。同时培养学生享受生活,热爱生活的美好情感。【教学重难点】1重点:(1)引导学生复习与四季有关的以上词语及句子。(2)学生在图片和教师的帮助下理解对话大意,并运用Why? Because I like summer vacation. 询问并回答喜欢某个季节的理由。2难点:(1)通过思维导图让学生系统地了解认识四季并进行描述。(2)熟练运用Why和Because的句型询问并回答喜欢某个季节的理由。【教学过程】.Warm-up and revision1Greeting and introduction:T: Hello, boys and girls. Free talk:T: Whats your name?/ How are you?/Whats the weather like today?/ Whats your favourite color?/ What do you wear today?/ What do you often do on the weekend?通过与学生互动问答,拉近师生距离。同时复习以前学过的话题:weather, color, clothes and activities。3. Lets chantT: Do you like the pictures? What are they about? 以欢快的节奏,动人的旋律感染学生,活跃课堂气氛,同时复习学过的四季单词,自然地引出课题。4. Pair work: Ask and answer -Whats your favourite season? -My favourite season is . -Which season do you like best? -I like . best.此环节从“师问生”过渡到“生问生”,通过两人对话,复习句型Whats your favourite season? 并引申到本单元A部分所学过的句型Which season do you like best?.Lead-in1Watch a video & Enjoy a songT: I like travelling. Because I like summer vacation.在图片和语音的帮助下理解新词summer vacation,because,并让学生感知了老师从哪几个方面来介绍夏季,为下一环节思维导图做铺垫。3. Brainstorm:When we talk about the seasons, what do we usually think of?请学生在小组内进行头脑风暴,思考“我们可以从哪几个方面来谈论季节”,让学生开拓思维,培养他们的思考和归纳总结的能力。.Presentation1 Present the mind map and talk about it.
