I went to visit my friends “Hi” & “Lo”. Here is what I saw. Open your books. Turn to page 33. (Have the Ss tell me what they did & why.)While-task procedure 1 T: Because Lo saw a robbery yesterday. / He wanted to save his money. By the way, the robbery is very strange. / I will show you what happened. 2 Ask the Ss what tense we should when we talk about the past. 3 Ask the Ss how to talk about the past tense. (v. + ed & the past time): Have some Ss tell the others then get them to read LANGUAGE themselves. When the Ss are reading the teacher write down some v-ed (/t/, /d/&/id/) on the blackboard. Lets see what they did.2 Book B: page 44. Have the Ss finish C1then C2 3 After finishing C2 tell the Ss how to write a diary. Dont make the diary stuffy.写英文日记时应注意以下三点:一、注意英文日记的格式英文日记的格式与中文日记的格式相差不大。第一行左边写日期,右边写天气状况。日期和天气的写法应注意:1.年、月、日俱全时,可按月、日、年或日、月、年的次序写。如:July 20, 2003或20th July, 2003;只有月、日时,其顺序为月、日,月份可用缩略式。如:September 20th或Sept. 20th ;如果要写明星期几,可将其放在日期的前面或后面。如:Sunday July 20, 2003或July 20, 2003 Sunday 2.天气状况一般用形容词表示。如:Fine (晴),Sunny (晴),Rainy (雨),Snowy (雪),Windy (多风),Cloudy (多云)等。二、注意英文日记中的人称和时态日记是记叙当天自己亲身经历的一些重要的、有意义的事情。因此,在写作时应注意日记必须用第一人称I进行叙述。另外,由于日记中所记叙的事情已经发生,所以整篇日记的时态常用过去时态。当然,在直接引语中或在表示客观真理或事实时仍然要用一般现在时。三、注意英文日记的解题技巧英文日记要求以日记的形式进行表达,其题目的形式有时是看图作文,有时是表格作文,有时是提示作文。无论是哪种形式的,写作前都要注意仔细审题,抓住要点,理清叙述的顺序。写作时正文的开头一般不用写表示日期的句子,因为日记中已有日期,再写就重复了。另外,写作时如果没有把握,应尽量少用复合句,以免弄巧成拙。另外,书写时应注意卷面整洁,字迹清楚。评卷老师一天要批几千份甚至上万份试卷,书写潦草肯定会影响得分。4 Book A: page 43.
