I think it tries to convey that we need to look at things from different angles. As we can see, the two kids are looking at the same number in the opposite direction and having an argument about whether the number is 6 or 9. They feel confused why the obvious truth seems invisible to the other. Similar arguments happen in our daily life when we observe things from our own points of view, just like the two kids in the picture. However, if we can exchange their angles, we may find the others “ridiculous” opinions also make sense. Therefore, lets learn to handle problems from different perspectives and appreciate others points.
