This device is fused together with machinery,elcetronics, micro processor controller and different ID identifying technologies, using different ID identifying device and reliable protective device,alarming device, indicating the direction and expanding LED interface and realizing intellectively control and manage the channel.The intellective swing gate can be easily compatible with IC card,ID card, bar code card or fingerprints usaging. It can effectively mangae staffs access and supply a enlightened and orderly passing way. It can be widely used in the places which need intellectively control the access, such as the station, whalfs, Metro, factory, building, intellect village, hotel, enterprises and institutions.2、Function and feature2.1standard products characteristics1) It has the fault self-detection and alarming function, so it is convenient for users maintaining and usage.2) By controlling the small push-button,we can set the devices running state.3) Machinery structure and interaction duplicato-avoid grasping function,if the telescopic jib meet resistance in replacement, it can be automatic stop or the electric motor will stop working in acquiescent time. It will replace after acquiescent time. The strength is small(2Kg).4) It has the automatic resetting function. One is for single phase wire of 220V31.5MM2, the other is shielding control line of 40.5 MM2, Fixing the wing gate on the satety island by four expansion bolts,leading and getting through 220V power,connecting the controlling line to control room. Schematic diagram fo wing gates core2、Preparation before using1)Interface:+12V level signal or pulse width100ms DC12V,drive current10mA or dry contact signal or RS485 signal2)linking of connector bar:connected the power and opening-gates signal according to the mark. Remark:There are three ways for connecting the signal of opening gate.A. dry contact signal:VDD is the public end, OPE-Land OPE-R are separately connected with VDD and one is left-hand opening signal and other is right-hand. B.+12V level signal or DC12V pulse signal:GND is the public end, OPE-L and OPE-R are separately connected with GND. And there will form high level loop and low level loop. One is left-hand opening signal and other is right-hand. ( Attention: the high frequency is connected with OPE-L or OPE-R )C、RS485 signal:TA and TB is respectively A+、B-,GND is the public position.D、Connecting line:the terminals of two equipments connecting line are respectively linked.3）Checking the wring is same as the wiring diagram,checking all pulgs is loose or not,checking the devices landing is reliable or not,all are OK,we can debug with power.4、Attention:1) Without permission, not adding any outer-ring device.Please ensure the device landing is reliable and ensure the safe of devices working2) If the device is used in outdoor,we should lay a cement erecting stage of 100mm200mm high for damp proof.At the same time,we should mount sun shed or rainscreen setting over the gate.Not permit mounting and using the gate in the oper air. 三,debugging introduction1 、preparation for bedugging one piece of wing gates wiring diagram,one set of wing gates device2、checking wiringCheckign the electromachines wiring,the powers wiring and other devices wiring for the whole device.All are checked well and we can bedug the gate with power.The devices landing should be reliable,otherwise it is not permit to bedug.3、Function bedugging1） This gate is normal close wing gate with double direction,connecting with the entering swiping cards signal and going swiping cards signal.2） Without the swiping cards signal,the gate will alarm when the passenger enter in the entering direction,similarly,the gate will alarm when the passenger enter in the going direction3) The passenger can pass with swiping card:when the passenger swipes card and the indicator turns green,the gate will open and begin time-lag.If the passenger has passed the gate within the limited time,the gate will colse. The green indicator turn red and the passenger is prohibit to pass.If the passenger hasnt passed overtime,the gate will colse and the green indicator will turn red.3） If two passengers are very near,it should be restricted according to the detailed time,or it will be deal as one person.4） The working speed of wing gate is can be adjusted,for details,please refer to the parameters setup.4、working with power1) This gate is normal close wing gate,the gate will automatic close with power and it will automatic open without power.Operation instruction for setting parameter一、 common description1. The display screen is the 3 LED shown on the master control panel from left to right.2. Three pesss keys are UP key,SEY key and DOWN key from left to right.The SET key is for entering or exiting of the menu and the setting of functiojn.The UP key is for adding 1 to the parameter and the DOWN key is for reducing 1 from the parameter. 二、The setting of entering and exiting the menu1. Entering the menu, pressing the SET key, after listening the sound of “toot”,loosing SET key.There is letter “P00” on the screen,it shows it has enter into the menu setting state.Now we can use the UP and DOWN key to chhoose the function key which need to be set.,pressing UP key,the function no will add 1,pressing the DOWN key,the function no will reduce 1.The following is 15 function setting,P00：Exiting the function of menu setting,when the letter P00 appears, exiting the menu setting by pressing SET key.P01： The turning direction of motor with power, =000：turning forward with power, =001,turning back with powerP02： The longest running time of gate, the unit is 0.1 second.The time is set for 60,it is 6 second, so the gate hasnt closed in place and the gate has stopped closing.(The default is 60)P03： The passing time for passenger, the unit is second.If the time is set for 10,it is 10 second, it will cancle swiping card if the passenger hasnt pass within the set time.(the default is 10)P04： working way (the default is 000) =000: swiping card by double directions =001: swiping card in entering direction, freely exiting =002 freely entering,swiping card in exiting direction =003 freely entering,freely exiting =004 opening gate in entering direction (single direction) =005 opening gate in exiting direction(single direction)P05: The entering speed of opening gate: the speed of opening gate from the close inplace position to the open inplace position (default is 10)P06: The entering speed of closing gate: the speed of closeing gate from the open inplace position to the close inplace position (default is 10)P07: The exiting speed of opening gate: the speed of opening gate from the close inplace position to the open inplace position (default is 10)P08: The exiting speed of closing gate: the speed of closing gate from the open inplace position to the close inplace position (default is 10)P09：The passing time for the passenger is within the setting time, it should be regard as one person (default is 10)P10： Zero clearing of the entering counter, when P10 appear, press SET key and CL appear, then press UP key, the system will sent the zero clearing signal to counter, the entering counter will zero clear. P11： Zero clearing of the exiting counter, when P11appear, press SET key and CL appear, then press UP key, the system will sent the zero clearing signal to counter, the exiting counter will zero clear.P12：Setting with memory or without memory (default is 000)=000：with memory for double directions=001：Without memory for entering direction, with memory for exiting direction=002：With memory for entering direction,without memory for exiting direction=003：Without memory for double directions.P13：Communication address of device: it is which extension.It is from 1 to 255(default is 001)P14：Device type =001：The device is wing gateP15： he system be reset to default,when P15 appears,pressing SET key,then letter P-2 appear and pressing UP key,so the system will be reset default.3. Single chip sends frame format: SYN+device address+data+data+check code SYN code: sending and receiving by hexacacimal235（decimal） device address: sending and receiving by hexacacimaldevice addresss rang:0-255 (decimal)a) As for reading attribute butedata command,returning date is two bytes, the first byte is low eight byte,the second byte is high eight byte b) As for the response code of controlling command 1）the response code for command of opening gate to left C0H 00H2）the response code for command of opening gate to rightt C1H 00HCheck code：=（SYN code）XOR（device address）XOR（data 1）XOR（date 2）For example：device address is 1Response code of opening gate to left：EB 01 C0 00 2AResponse code of opening gate to right：EB 01 C1 00 2B三EndMaster control panels wiring diagramA、 Control panel for cutting off power：It is the newly-research control panel which the wing of the gate will automatic open when cutting off power.D、Cylinder photoelectric switch：（It is same for the testing of alarming and prevent jamming ）It is composed by transmitting terminal and receiving terminal ,There are 2 lines power input on the transmitting terminal（Brown:+12V, blue:GND），The indicator will normally lighted when Power is normal ；There are 2 lines power input（Brown:+12V, blue:GND）and 1 line power output（black：+12V）on the transmitting terminal， when passengers enter this area,there is singal and the output indicators light turn light and output is +12V, or it is 0V。E、Cylinder and reflecting photoelectric switch：（function is same as above）There are 3 lines, two is power input:( brwon:+12V,blue: GND),one is signal output, when passengers pass the switch (the reflecting distance is 10-20mm),the output is +12V, or it is 0V。F、Cylinder approach swithc：（using to controlling position for wing gate）here are 3 lines, two is power input:( brwon:+12V,blue: GND),one is signal output,.When the sensor head contact with magnet or metal goods(reflecting distance is 2-4mm),the output is +12V, or it is 0V1The wing will back and forth or not on the fixed position with power.1）Checking whether the photoelectric swithc has shined by high-lights or not (Generally refer to assembly the gate in outdoor)Checking method: covering the cover of cabinet, if need to open the cabinet or the cove of core,please use the dark color light-proof object to block the switch before testing!2）Testing limit photoelectric switchA, Inspecting whether the switch can supply electricity on zero position,left in place ,right in palce or not.Checking whether the end is loose or poor contact or not.B.Entering adjusting menu P00, turning brakespindle and move the light-proof slice, which will orderly obstruct the lightway of the left in place, zero position and right in place,the indicator is lighted and input is +12V,or the limi photoelectric swithc has been damaged.3）Checking the wiring of limit photoelectric swith with mater control panel is reliable4）If the wirings and limit photoelectric switch are all normal, the main control panel has been damages.2The gate has no any action after we have send effective signal to the gate.1) The indicator of master control panel is normal, when sending effective opening signal, the indicator of L7 or L8 is blinking inconsecutive, the direction board will turn green.( It includes two different signal),The gate has no any action.Testing method: checking the output voltage (AC18V) of PC,PD connecting with PX, checking whether the protective tube of the F2(3A) has been blowed; if nornally, checking the MA and MB on the wiring end of DX has output voltage (DC24V),if has,checking whether the wiring of Motor has loose welded and the Motor has been damaged or not.2）All the lights of the Master board are not lighted, there is no any show on LED nixie tube.Testing method: checking the output voltage(AC12V）of PA,PB connecting with PX ,checking whther the protective tube of F1(2A) has loose welded. If the above are normal, we can judge the marster board has been damaged.3,The gate wont reset or reset immediately in palce on opening stateThe gate wont reset immediately after passenger have passed( referring to the gate with reaction reseting function), the gate will on locked state after delaying a certain time o
