Section B (1a1f)作者姓名秦 岚撰稿时间2013年12月12日工作单位嵊州爱德外国语学校使用范围初中英语(人教版)八年级上册U9 B听说课1.整体设计思路说明本课致力于听前活动设计的有效性的研讨,注重有效的听力策略在课堂中的应用。以努力形成一种新型听力课的课型模式为主要目的。所以授课时将注重策略与文本两方面的教学,课堂观察的侧重点也在于两者的落实和良好的结合。2.教学目标分析1. Language item: the students should be able to make, accept and decline invitations politely with the new phrases.2. Listening strategies: the students should be able to understand what the key words are and catch them and write them down while listening. 3.教学过程设计Step1 Show a December calendar and a week Calendar to present new phrases: the day before yesterday, the day after tomorrow, weekday.Whats today? Its Thursday the 12 th.Ss ask and answer questions about the days in 1a.设计意图:用日历直观呈现日期,教授新词。并且通过问答反复使用新词,可以让学生从接触到领悟并学着使用新学的词汇。Step2 Review invitations1. T: I like playing volleyball very much. Can you play volleyball? S: When?T: The day after tomorrow.S: Sure, Id love to.Sorry, I cant./ Im not free. I (might) have to. T: That s too bad. Maybe another time. S: Sure. Thanks for asking.2. T: Can you help me invite more students to play volleyball with me? Ask: Can you play volleyball with Ms Qin?S1-S2,S3, S4 Make conversations设计意图:新旧知识的衔接和操练-活动与时间相结合。Step3 Present and experience the listening strategy (key words) 1. Talk about the picturesWhat about Sarah? Can she play with us? What is she going to do the day after tomorrow? What words are the most important in this question? Here are three pictures for you. Were going to listen to a conversation and choose the right one. Picture AHer mom is ill. So, she might have to look after her mom. “Look after” can show the main idea in this sentence. Theyre important.Talk about Picture B, C like this and decide the key words.(关键词的预判)So you see, these words are very important. We call them “key words”. If we can catch the key words, its easy to choose the right answer while listening.2. Listen and choose to experience the strategy. (关键词的获取和认定)设计意图:抓取关键词策略的详尽指导和体验。Step4 Listening1. 1d.Sarah is busy. What about Vince?(读图猜测,进一步强化读取关键词。)What can you see in his room? (soccer, book )What kind of activity dose he like?(play soccer, read books, might study for a test)Whats he doing now? Who is calling him? Why is calling Vince? Can Vince play tennis? (读题目)Can they play tennis together? Listen and circle to finish 1d (No)2. 1eWe know, he will be busy from today to the day after tomorrow. First read. Then listen to match and check with sentences. 设计意图:读图和第一次的听力是对Vince有个大概的了解。第二次听更关注细节。体现梯度性。用句子形式校对答案,让学生有完整表达语意的习惯。Step5 After listening1. Show the typescripts and let Ss fill in the key words. Read the conversation in pair to check the answer. (today, tomorrow -pay more attention to the context)We should pay more attention to the key words, the pronunciation and the stress while reading. (关键词的重读)2. Ss read after the tape.3. Role play 1f (try not to look at the book)设计意图:教师通过策略指导和新词教授后,需要有个体验和巩固过程,这一步骤可有效地让学生在用中学,在学中用抓取关键词以及上下文的策略。同时注意培养学生良好的语音语调。Step 6 Task (group work)Weekend is coming. Suppose(假如) youre planning to invite your friends to do something the day after tomorrow (14th).
