It keeps the whole system improving.4. 职责 Responsibilities4.1. 公司管理层负责将持续改进的精神贯彻到公司的整个运作过程中,确保体系的有关信息 的有效性以及对过程的持续监控和分析,并体现在每年度的经营、质量目标中;同时用 各种方式推动全员参与。 The top management shall let the continual improvement spirit into the company operation to ensure the effectiveness of the related information in the system and continually monitor and analyze the process, and show it in the annual operation and quality objectives. Various methods shall be used to let all the employees take part in the continual improvement.4.2. 各相关部门负责运用适当的持续改进方法,拟定行动计划并实施持续改进工作;定期对 活动、生产、服务过程中各项目标指标完成状况及不完善事项进行报告,并作相应分析改进。 The related departments shall use the right continual improvement methods, make operation plan and implement improvement work; regularly report the completion status and incomplete matters in activity, production, and service process and analyze them to improve.4.3. 文控中心负责协助管理者代表定期对各部门改善情况进行跟踪。 DDC shall help the representative of the managers to follow regularly departments improvement status.5. 程序内容 Procedure Contents 5.1. 改善主题及相应主导部门improvement theme and department responsible5.1.1. 质量以品质部、工程部及生产部为主导;Qualityquality department, engineering department and production department;5.1.2. 生产效率以工程部及生产部为主导;Efficiency engineering department and production department;5.1.3. 生产过程以工程部及生产部为主导;Production processengineering department and production department;5.1.4. 服务以客户服务部为主导;Servicecustomer service department;5.1.5. 管理体系以总经理、管理者代表、文控中心为主导。Management system general manager, representative of the managers, DDC5.2. 针对改善主题确定改善的方面 determine improvement aspects according to improvement theme5.2.1. 质量成本分析与改善;quality cost analysis and improvement5.2.2. 对客户投诉、退货及其它要求进行改善,提高客户满意度;Improve the customer complaints, rejected goods and other requirements to improve the customer satisfaction.5.2.3. 对产品质量特性和过程参数的改善;Improve the product quality characteristics and process parameters.5.2.4. 模具、夹具、设备等的改进;Improve mould, fixture, equipment and so on.5.2.5. 生产线工程平衡估算与调整;production line engineering balance estimation and adjustment;5.2.6. 改善生产线配置,减少搬运、储存、取放时间(可结合车间场地平面布置图进行分析);Improve the production line configuration to reduce transporting, storing and handling time (can analyze combining with )5.2.7. 质量目标;quality objective5.2.8. 减少计划外停机时间(障碍工时);reduce unplanned downtime(obstacle man-hour)5.2.9. 缩短生产周期。Reduce production period注 持续改进必须延伸到应优先考虑的特殊特性的产品特性上。 Notes: continual improvement shall take the product special characteristics into account firstly.5.3. 改善方法improvement methods5.3.1. 人事行政部负责持续改善观念的推广改善方法的培训并列入培训计划参见人 力资源管理程序;The personnel administration department shall promote the continual improvement concept and train the improvement methods, and list them in the training plan. Refer to .5.3.2. 改善方法使用的基本统计方法参见数据统计分析管理程序;The basic statistics methods used for the improvement shall refer to the .5.3.3. 在生产过程中考虑推广防错法,必要时使用限度样品,配备显示警报装置,减少不良发生;The error-proof methods shall be used in the production process, if necessary, use limited samples and provide alarm device to reduce the nonconforming products.5.3.4. 加强教育培训,提高全员工作技能;Strength educational training to improve personnel work skills;5.4. 改善主题的确定 improvement theme confirmation5.4.1. 在制定目标时要适当考虑对质量服务等的持续改善并反映到目标中。When setting goals, consider the continual improvement for quality and service, and show them in the goals.5.4.2. 在体系运行过程中各相关部门对那些已表明稳定具有可接受的能力和性能的过 程,制定优先的措施计划确定持续改进的主题内容经管理者代表或总经理批准后执行;In the system operation, the related departments shall make the prioritized measures plan for the stable and acceptable capability and performance process, determine continual improvement thematic content, and implement it after approved by the representative of the managers or the general manager.5.4.3. 也可在管理评审会议或其它与经营有关的会议上确定持续改进的主题并发放到各相关部门执行。The continual improvement theme shall be decided in the management review meeting or the other business-related meeting and implemented by related departments.注:改善项目确定后,可以体现到目标中去,也可以以持续改善项目的形式单独提 出,作为目标的补充。Note: after decide the improvement project, it can be showed in the objective, it also can be put forward as continual improvement project as objective supplement.5.5. 改善主题的评价 improvement theme evaluation5.5.1. 改善主题确定后,各相关部门要根据确定的改善目标制定改善方案并按时实施各相关部门要每月对持续改善目标的改善状况进行统计分析对未达成目标的项目要进行检讨并重新制定方案并将每月的统计及分析结果提交管理者代表确认。责任部门要对其实施状况进行跟进;After the improvement themes are decided, the related departments shall make improvement methods according to the improvement objective and implement it timely. The improvement condition shall be analyzed and done the statistics monthly by the related departments. Review the unachieved project and re-made the plan, and submit the monthly statistics and analysis results to manager to confirm. Department responsible shall follow up the implementat
