盘式热分散更换磨片的步骤REPLACEMENT OF DISPERSING DISCS.1、Make sure that the power to the main motor is off.（确认主电机已断电）Start the hydraulic pump from the local control panel.（在现场控制盘启动液压泵）Set the discs to operation mode.（设定磨区在操作模式）Increase the discgap until the micrometer on the tracer valve indicates 7,00mm. At the same time the disc wear display should indicate 0,00mm.（把磨片间隙退至随动阀上的千分尺刻度显示7,00mm，同时磨片磨损显示值为0,00mm）Unlock the potentiometer and turn it until the disc gap display indicates 0,00mm. Then lock the potentiometer again.（松开并调节电位计至磨片间隙显示值为0,00mm，然后再锁紧电位计）Release the nut that holds the adjustment screw.（松开调节螺杠的螺母）Turn the adjustment screw so that the steering arm moves towards the Disperser main motor.（转动调节螺杠使转向臂向热分散主电机方向移动）Dismantle the screws connecting the disperser housing to the gable.（解除调节螺杆与热分散主电机的连接）Set the service switch in position service.（旋动维修开关至“service”位置）Open the disperser by pressing “open”.（按下“open”开关打开热分散主电机）Dismantle the dispersing discs and clean the contact surfaces on the rotor and gable. Make sure that there are no damages to these surfaces.（拆下热分散磨片，清洗转子的接触面，检查确信其表面没有损伤）Clean the contact surfaces on the new discs.（清洁新磨片的接触面）Make sure that you put the discs marked “R” on the rotor and the ones marked “S” on the stator.（确认标有“R”字样的磨片装在转子上，标有“S”字样的磨片装在定子上）Always replace the screws when changing discs. When doing so use a screwdriver to press the disc outward.
