言能力和进行真实语言交际的基础。因此，英语阅读教学在英语教学中占有极其重要 的地位。自从二十世纪八十年代以来，中国的英语教学发生了很大变化，新的教学方 法被引入了中学英语教学中。但是无论交际英语教学法还是任务型教学法对中学英语 阅读教学的改变远不及在听力和口语教学方面的变化大。在中学英语阅读教学中，许 多教师仍在重点讲授单词、词组和语法难点，而忽视学生阅读策略和良好阅读习惯的 培养。在阅读文章的教学中，教师在讲台上讲得口干舌燥，学生听得昏昏欲睡。而长 篇文章的阅读依然是学生们畏之如虎的一大难题。 本论文是针对提高初中九年级学生的阅读能力而进行的一项行动研究。本文首先 回顾了人们在进行阅读时经常使用的三种模式，自下而上、自上而下和交互式，进而 得出交互式应该是理想的阅读模式。笔者又从被调查学生的学习动机和教材使用等方 面入手，进行了学情分析，为行动研究开展的必要性和可行性提供了理论依据。行动 研究是指教师通过对自己课堂中的教学现象进行考察和研究并从中获得知识、改进教 学质量的一种探索性活动( 吴宗杰，1 9 9 5 ：4 8 ) 。其特点是有助于实现教育理论和教学 实践的有效结合，在中国英语教学中也发挥着重要的作用。在行动研究中，先根据日 常观察对学生在阅读中存在的问题进行预设，然后通过访谈和调查问卷，进一步对学 生中存在的阅读问题进行分析定性，从而确定，学生的阅读问题大都存在于词汇量的 缺乏和对于复杂句式的应对能力以及阅读策略知识的缺失。然后，针对这些问题，作 者开展了为期十周的行动研究。参加这次行动研究的1 3 2 名学生来自于山东大学附属 中学初中三年级。此次行动研究中，对学生进行了通过构词法来记忆单词、阅读策略 和新闻阅读等项训练。教师运用教学日志记录下了行动研究的全过程。在行动研究结 束时，再次对学生的阅读策略的运用情况进行了问卷调查。 通过运用s p s s i o 0 对行动研究前后所做的问卷调查数据进行比较分析，发现通 过十个星期的行动研究，学生在阅读时已经有意识地开始运用阅读策略，阅读能力有 了明显提高。并且，笔者通过行动研究，反思了自己的日常英语教学，提高了教育教 山东大学硕j ：掌位论文
